For start, the location is is top tier, you get city views and they are wonderful, especially if you're higher up. The rooms is very spacious, and for New York to get a shower and a tub - amazing. The staff is really nice and helpful and their new Tapas bar has some cool food you can bring into the room or eat there.

I only wish there was a shower head attached to the bathtub so I could rinse away the water from the tub.

Rooms are spa ious compared to most hotels in a close price range in NYC, (relatively) quieter area of the city, although it’s not silent of course. I was able to sleep well with ear plugs (noisy neighbors)

Rooms are very close to the elevator, so you do get noisy people in the small hallway disturbing the peace. Not sure what can be done about that though.

The hotel is a short walk from multiple subway lines. We were able to reach most parts of the city from here and JFK airport easily (E train to Jamaica and then Air train direct to airport - $13). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with a small but beautifully presented bar. We stayed on the 26th floor and the view was amazing. Windows wrapped around one side of the room (queen room - not deluxe queen). The room was very spacious, clean, big bathroom with all amenities included: Molton Brown shower products, hairdryer, mirrors and a powerful rain shower. Bed was super comfortable, daily room service, WiFi and air con was appreciated. Coffee machine and lockable safe in room. Complimentary glass of wine offered on arrival (token to spend in bar) We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

The location is great but we aware of the false advertising. As the photo would suggest above , there is no rooftop terrace at all. It belongs to just one of the rooms. Cheeky I thought.

Hotel room is clean and very spacious. The view from our room was amazing (we were in floor 27) and our stay here was very comfortable. Rooms are pretty well isolated and the Nespresso machine is a big plus :) you can get also coffee and water for free in one of the public floors. Location is great. We will definitely come back to Concorde if er ever come back to New York!

Only two elevators for 34 floors. The waiting time is rather long.

The staff was the warmest, most welcoming, most kind staff I've ever experienced. After a distressing phone call I had while eating at the restaurant, my waiter checked on me to make sure I was ok and let me know that he'd be at the bar til 11pm if I just needed to sit down and talk with someone. Things like that are so rare in this city and life in general. It really touched me and made me feel a little better. I also made a mistake and thought that I was supposed to check out at 12pm. The front desk was so considerate and did not charge me a late fee.The staff is a big part of the reason that instead of an 8, I gave this hotel a 9.This hotel had beautiful views(I was on the 25th floor), the hotel room and bathroom were spacious, was very quiet and the chicken empanadas they serve in the restaurant were so delicious!

My room and bathroom were extremely clean, except for the curtains which had quite a few stains on them on the side that faces the window.

The water pressure in the shower was poor and it took ages for the water to heat up, the bath towels were too small, the lift was pretty slow

We liked our room and enjoyed using the restaurant for breakfast and light meals..also the printing room..very helpful

This hotel is perfect, lovely sized room with a coffee machine. Bath and separate shower. It was in a great location, restaurants and shops close by, subway 5 min walk away. There is a small bar/restaurant area in the hotel which sells tapas and drinks. We really enjoyed a few wines after a tiring day before bed here. Bed was super comfy and great pillows. Try The Palace, a restaurant right round the corner from the hotel, we had breakfast and a few dinners there, and it was delicious. We will definitely stay here again if returning to New York.

My hotel-of-choice for trips to NYC: Excellent location in walking distance to Central Park and to the E Train to JFK, functional, spacious and light filled room with a wonderful view, efficient and friendly staff. Fast WI-FI, the Nespresso-coffee maker and the above-average fitness center are bonus points. Not cheap, but good value for money ...

It was not possible to change the preset room temperature. 2 lifts for a 40 floor hotel mean that at peak times you may have wait for quite a while until a lift arrives ...
