Absolutely fantastic! Located 50m from the beach with a lovely sea view. The most cosy hotel in the surrounding area. Very rich buffet breakfast. Large modern rooms with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Very high level of hygiene and excellent professional service. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The manager of staff takes special care of each guest and their preferences to give them the best experience possible. The hotel also organized an excellent private tour guide upon our request with a private driver.

There was a construction site by the pool and unfortunately the single-glass window insulation was not enough to filter the noise. However, we shared our concern with the staff and they responded immediately in a very kind and friendly manner and gave us the most quiet rooms available, where we could enjoy a peaceful rest.

We were both very impressed with the Nesta at Da Nang. We had a deluxe sea view room which was very comfortable indeed. The bed was so comfortable with lovely fluffy pillow and spotless bedding and also very quiet and unobtrusive AC. I particularly would like to mention a few of the staff, all of whom were so kind and helpful. In particular Mr Hai who collected our laundry, Mr Hai and Mr Tinh in the restaurant and Ms Thǎo on reception and the manageress whose name unfortunately I’ve forgotten. We took two private car trips from the hotel; one to Ban Co Peak and the amazing Chùa Linh Úng temple which can be seen from all along the lengthy Da Nang beach, and the second trip to Hue to visit the wonderful Imperial City. Both drivers were very good, in particular Mr Long. These members of staff were a credit to the hotel. Also the life guards by the lovely pool were excellent too. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning of our 12 night stay as there was an ever changing and excellent choice from international cuisines every day. Should we return to Da Nang we’d certainly stay there again and highly recommend the hotel. Just to note, it is quite expensive but we were able to book a very good deal on Booking.Com.

There was nothing at all to dislike

Overall an excellent stay! Wonderful location with the beach right across the street. Rooms were very clean. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. A special call out, however, to Ms Cici and the amazing staff at the hotel. The level of service was through the roof. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be of help to the guests. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The shower and bathtub, if I was nitpicking. It was kind of difficult to get in and out of it.

Good location. just cross the road to My Khe beach. walking distance to lots of restaurants and massage places. Starbucks and Highland Coffee next door. Good breakfast. Staff were very very helpful. They helped me call the Bana Hills hotel as I had accidentally left my passport in the safe there. I was so worried that it may have been lost. Thank God all went well.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast, good pool, nice room

The gym wasn’t functioning, no equipment at all in the gym area. It would be nice if they gave you an extra room key so you could leave the air con on so it’s cool when you come back, instead you have to wait for it to cool down. I guess they are trying to save power costs? Some of the sea view rooms are only partially sea view so you might want to check what you’re booking if you want an epic view

This is a great, beach-located hotel. It is clean and the room was comfy. The staff was very helpful and always present to fill your needs. The room had all the necessary conveniences, a great selection of TV programs, a safe box, and a fridge.

The breakfast (especially croissants and buns) could be more fresh. Coming for breakfast around 8.30 we had a feeling that it was already eaten. Not many vegetarian or seafood options for hot dishes if you don't eat meat.

Opposite the beach, plenty to see close by. We love to walk the cities so when looking at attractions we found most city attractions which we wanted to see were within a 3.5 klm radius. these included Han Market, Ho Chi Minh war Museum, Dragon Bridge ,Son Tra Night Market.

We were happy with Danang, we saw as much as we could, however other options available required long days such as a day trip to Hue.

The Breakfast Buffet had an omelet bar and plenty of options for western palates. For those on vacation, the closing hours were early. The swimming pool was lovely but only had the sun between 12:00 and 2:00pm each day due to tall buildings around the hotel. As check-in was 2:00pm and check-out was 12:00 noon, I only had one day to lay in the sun beside the pool.

Letting guests enjoy the sun by the pool after check-out time on their final day.

Staff were amazing especially reception staff. One was very helpful her name was Trang. They were all extremely friendly and helpful

Breakfast was mainly for the Asian taste. Cows pasteurised milk would have been very welcome and I had to pay for a cup of tea with my breakfast. The food was not as excellent as the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are very accurately depicted in all the photos. The staff were lovely and welcoming. And their breakfast is amazing. It right across from a good beach and walking distance from other nice restaurants and bars.
