The location is away from hustle bustle of the town but not too far from the main road. It is rural and quiet. Kevin gave excellent communication about finding the house and greeted us with a warm welcome. Ensuring we had everything we needed, including tea/coffee and some scrummy biscuits on the complimentary tray in our room. The room was cosy and comfy with ensuite bathroom, nicely decorated and warm (we were visiting in a Dec Storm). We had a super choice for breakfast which we ordered on arrival for the morning, timing to suit us and how we liked our eggs! we were given a key to be able to come and go as we pleased. The bed was comfy and shower perfect. We went to breakfast, which was impressive, probably the best full English I have has for some time. Nothing was too much trouble, both Kevin and Ann-Marie are super hosts, respectful of our space but we felt welcome and comfortable. Thank you!

The was nothing I didn't like, as I was going out for a work party, it would have been useful to have a full length mirror either in the room or on the landing, you know what us girls are like! A bigger mirror in the room would have been good for me too.

This is not Hospitality with a capital "H" but HOSPITALITY in full capitals (apologies for the screaming). This is an excellent location with an EXCELLENT host. Before arrival we received multiple message with guidance and following the directions we drove up and parked in front w/o issues. Our dog loved it, and they loved our dog. We got some instructions for dinner in the nearby pub which is within walking distance. Very clean spacious room with a view, good shower and fabulous breakfast. Everything reasonable is done to make you feel at home, and then some. Kevin cooks a great breakfast.

We made the mistake of booking only for 1 night. It would have been great to relax here for 2 or maybe even 3 days. We bookmarked the details and Grange House B&B will be on the shortlist if planning permits.

When we booked, we added a dietary needs in the comments section along with an idea of time of arrival. A few days before we arrived, the owners contacted us to confirm our dietary needs for breakfast & tea & coffee in our room & if anything had changed. Good information about places to eat close by, with information about the type of meal we were looking for :- pub grub - fine dining & which places offered these. From our point of view the owners couldn't do anymore to make our stay welcoming & relaxing. The photo added is the view from our room over the field at the front of the B&B.

Kevin went the extra mile for me and I could not have wanted for any more. Great to stop in a proper B&B where the proprietor takes so much pride in their home and business, making sure the guest is comfortable no matter what. Chain accommodation have their place in the travel industry and most are very good at what they do but once you experience a great B&B there in no comparison, well done Kevin your efforts were very much appreciated, thanks Kevin

The hosts were really friendly, affable and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide choice of quality options and very generous portions. Faultless. It felt very much like a home from home and was terrific value for money. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we were in the area.

This is a very small point. The shower cubicle could do with updating but, to be fair, it worked perfectly well. Everything else was perfect.

It was a lovely, quiet location with lovely views across the countryside. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. We had a really warm welcome from Kevin, who was keen to help however he could, and gave us advice on where to go to eat, given we didn't get there until after 7. Breakfast options were varied but we opted for the full English (of course!) which was spot on, washed down with tea. If that's not your thing, there was fruit, cereal and toast making stuff available too and, if you have the capacity, you could have it all! We were only there for one night but, if we need somewhere to stay I that neck of the woods again, we will certainly go back. Thanks Kev. :)

The breakfast was superb, I was asked what I wanted and this was supplied. The quality and quantity was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, all this and so friendly. The location was exactly as I had wanted.

Honestly cannot think of anything that Kevin & Ann-Marie could have done better. They went out of their way to accommodate anything to make the stay as pleasurable as possible.

Beautifully peaceful location with great wooded walks on the doorstep. Maybe a little too far from Nottingham City centre but that's no fault of the guest house rather our research. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our dog was able to stay with us at no extra cost and was made a fuss of at every opportunity. Bed was very comfortable No problem parking and it felt very safe.

Bathroom door needed oiling very squeaky to go to the toilet during the night.

We had a lovely stay at Grange House B&B. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and we had a lovely night's rest. Breakfast in the morning included lots of fresh fruit which was delicious. The host provided excellent directions so even though the place was in a relatively remote location, it was easy to locate. Would be very happy to visit again.

I received a very warm welcome from Kevin and his wife who were extremely helpful in every regard, including getting me to my family wedding on time! The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was cooked just right and the area was picturesque and peaceful. It was just what I wanted...thank you!
