The breakfast , and room number 15 had a crack in the door which I was concerned about my privacy.

Bathrooms need improvement

Very spacious room, with a balcony. Very comfortable and large bed. Good WiFi connection, air conditioning and shower. A few restaurants and a mini supermarket nearby. Reception staff were courteous. Check in and check out processes were straightforward.

There was no lift in the hotel and I had to take my luggage up the stairs. But there was only one floor so it was not too bad. The area seemed to be for Panamanians partying. The people and traffic noise outside lasted until the early hours. The room window could block some, but not all of the noise.

Large, comfortable, clean room. New mini fridge. Bedside lamp with three power outlets!!!! :) Easy walk to many restaurants with different price points. Great view of the canal. Excellent AC and the best hot water in any hotel I've ever stayed at. Excellent WiFi

The location in a tourist area means there is going to be noise. If you are not a night person you will want earplugs. The noise was not too loud and didn't go past midnight. I didn't have any problem going to sleep early with earplugs:) Also, all rooms are on second floor and there is no elevator, so travel light if you can!

Recepcionists were very nice and welcoming. They did best to acomodate me. Rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfortable! Sea view is beautiful, but hotel is on top of the bike shop that play loud music and Sabroso restaurant that is playing even louder music.

1. TV didn't worked and it is because they got low quality Sankey smart TV and mine got stuck on updates. 2. Breakfast is more than basic. First day I had sandwich with ham and cheese and scrumbled eggs and 2nd day sandwich had just half piece of ham and besides that sausage. So, there is no options for vegans, vegeterians and people that are gluten intolerant. Also no fruits at all. 3. Will be nice to include coffee maker in the rooms. 4. No elevator but security help me with carrying my suitcases. Overall, I paid $50 for night, so it was more than good value for the money.

Super friendly staff who helped us out with everything, very good English spoken. Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Flamenco island Marina.

Finding the hotel was a little difficult, Google location is not 100% accurate and navigation is missing from the main road...

The rooms don’t have a mini fridge so it’s not possible to buy and keep drinks or food cold in the room so you’re forced to eat out for every meal.

Stayed for 5 nights. Reasonable price, comfortable and clean rooms

Left the hotel & after 3-hr I remembered that I forgot my phone's charger in the room. I called the reception & asked if they can check the room and keep my charger. The receptionist checked & said there is no charger here! I said I will be BACK tomorrow and WANT my charger, and ask her to check again! So I called again in 30 minutes to see if re-checked for me, and the same receptionist said: yes, we found your chargerrrr!!! Hotel has a very poor breakfast.

Great location relative to the cruise terminal. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within a short stroll and a very picturesque setting along the Amador peninsula. Large, clean room with a balcony, separate sitting area. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Very noisy due to the rock music club below the room; rooms are located on the second floor with retail spaces on the ground floor - loud music did not stop until very late night. The breakfast provided was somewhat sad.
