My stay at Uma House was truly memorable, offering a mix of delightful surprises and a few areas for improvement. The highly welcoming staff immediately made an impactful, positive impression, ensuring a warm and amicable atmosphere throughout the establishment. Moreover, the impeccable cleanliness of our room and consistent, high-quality housekeeping were notable. The daily treats, such as two hours of complimentary coffee every morning and the delightful evening free wine offerings on the terrace by the pool, significantly enhanced our experience. Speaking of the pool, the ambiance there was serene and genuinely enjoyable. Free umbrellas, conveniently located for guests, and the thoughtful provision of free drinking fountains were also much appreciated. A handy card provided upon check-in, detailing all essential information and bonus offerings of the hotel, proved to be incredibly useful and was a smart touch. Further, the 15% discount at the on-site restaurant (which served delicious food, by the way) and complimentary sun loungers on the beach were also highly valued aspects of our stay.

The experience was not without its downsides. The sound insulation within our room left much to be desired, as we could hear nearly everything through the entrance door, detracting from our overall comfort and privacy. Furthermore, our room featured a small, non-openable window which presented a rather uninspiring view of an aged, peeling wall.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Claudia. Her customer service was outstanding. Made our very enjoyable.

Having to wait for the shower to get warm enough to shower in. As we were on the ground floor it took time. Not ideal when needing to get washed and ready in a certain time as tours were booked.

The location was a walking distance to most of the activities we did. We didn't have to go far to get good food either because there were so many restaurants a within a short walking distance. Great place to stay. They were sensitive and attentive to customers needs. They even went an extra mile to give us an anniversary gift. That was so lovely of them. We will definitely stay there again next year on our trip to miami.

The room didn't come with a microwave and they stuffed the fridge with too many drinks leaving no space for your personal stuff. It will be helpful if they provide a small ironing board with the iron in the room. Some people actually do iron their clothes.

The rooftop pool and free wine were a major plus point, the bartender was really lovely too, he was by far the most friendly staff member we encountered, lovely guy!

The reception staff, although not rude, weren’t particularly genuinely welcoming. We booked breakfast which is served in the attached cafe, the menu is restricted (which is fine and understandable) but nonce they knew we were from the hotel the servers were generally pretty miserable with us, we had a sizeable tip ready to leave, however they didn’t return to the table once our breakfast was served so we took it with us. The room we had was very small. It also meant that we weren’t entitled to tea/coffee in the room!?

We'd paid upfront the breakfast and there were enough options to choose from. Only thing I would add are the beverages. There were only basic coffee/tea and orange juice to choose from. But you can of course purchase what ever you like. Some of the waiters were really friendly and helpful. Samuel was excellent! Some of them weren't so nice, because we've already paid advance, so they thought we wouldn't tip them. Service in front desk was very friendly even we had some problems with booking.com. All the staff in hotel were great and helpful. We really liked the sunbeds that was in the beach.

We had three rooms and two of them was in first floor behind the kitchen. These two rooms didn't get cleaning services until the quests have to ask about it. This happened two times at 5 day stay. Third room was comfortable and cleaned little better. Although I'm not sure was the floors washed, because there were sand even on those days we weren't at the beach.

Perfect location close to the beach, middle of artdeco district, close to the expocenter. Great rooms, Sitting outside with a morning free Cuban coffee (don't drink too much because it is very strong). A couple of minutes walk you have a "private" beach with complimentary sunbeds.

Unfortunately no breakfast options to book, but you will get a discount next door at Cafe Americano. But be aware because of the prime location, city tax, state tax, 20% gratitute prices are up there. The rooftop pool has only few beds and a bit small for the size of the Hotel, also the rooftop Bar is not open all day.

The hotel is very well located, and is fairly quiet for South Beach Standards given its location in a back street. But it is still in close walking distance to most important areas of Miami Beach. We loved the beach loungers, the pool towels and the modern design. 39 dollars parking per night is also fair in our opinion. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We thought, that the newly furnished room was quite empty and lacked a bit of character, with e.g. a big void infront of the bed, or without any space to store items in the bathroom. We also had trouble with the A/C, which only allows the guest to make basic changes. We also only had one set of towels in our double room, we ordered new one, which promptly arrived, but after the next room service we were back at one set. Which seemed odd.

Rooftop Bar and Pool are really nice and the happy hour with free wine from 5:00 to 6:00 pm is really nice to have. the rooms have a comfortable size. the location of the hotel is ideal for grap a breakfast, lunch or dinner. you can also reach easily the lincoln road, ocean drive or the beach.

towel management can be improved, especially you only get one medium towel for 2 persons. the coffee/tea machine was sometimes not refilled and tea was out of stock for two days. the hotel beach is in 10 min walk distance and umbrellas net to be rented

From the moment we arrived at this boutique hotel, it was clear we were in for a memorable experience. The location is simply perfect-situated close to everything you could possibly need yet tucked away enough to provide a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are nothing short of outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, offering helpful suggestions and accommodating our every need with a smile. The room was immaculate-beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean.

Beautiful hotel ! white marble loby gorgeous ! At first when I went in , looking at the posters of artists, I thought they all had stayed in the hotel, so I said to myself " the price/night must be US$400. When GUIDO the mgr gave me the rate ! I did not hesitate and booked immediately. Then ! The rooms are magnificient ! huge rooms, huge closet, long dressers with lots of drawers. Bathrooms ? only amaizing ! very spacious, white marble, a long sink counter (2 levels) giving you lot of space to put your products and finally d n of the best ! the shower ! The qbuality of this shower is not from China for sure ! perfect water flow, simple to use ! steel material of shower is the best quality in the world ! Now the facilities of the hotel are also amaizing ! Gorgeous decoration on the roof with outdoor furniture that gives extreme comfort. Finally the employees are class #1. The manager is very helpful, understanding and cooperative, all the people working at the reception are the same as the mgr and the luggage boy Joseph was my best friend ! He voluntarily moved all my belongings and 9 full suitcases 4 times during my 4 weeks stay ! when I will go back to Miami ! for sure, it will be my one and only one hotel where I will stay ! Location is more than perfect ! What I also loved is that the hotel is not a tall building where you must spend hours waiting for elevators ! Last classy detail: " when it rains !
