Did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Location was great - near the people we were visiting. Hapy pup loved the open space in the room and spent lots of time walking around sniffing all the new smells.

Mattress in 1K room left us sore in the morning, and moving around (even rolling over) created lots of noise like the frame was not secured to the headboard.

Upscale, clean and very nice hotel.

The toilet flapper had a slow leak which made the tank refill about every 15 minutes to half hour. I let the desk know so maintenance can fix it. Also, someone nearby me was smoking I. their room. I could smell it in my room and I’m allergic to cigarette smoke do I sneezed quite a bit. Told the desk about it do they could follow up. Both were minor issues.

I enjoyed how quiet it was especially when in the room. Didn't have to listen to people in the hallways or other rooms like in other hotels. The front desk staff checked in on us and made themselves available for service. :)

The hot tub was kept a little too hot ut the pool was perfect!!

Everything, if I could give them more stars I would. Every person at this hotel deserves a bonus. They work so hard to make your experiance great. They have a passion for their hotel and thier guest. I only worry that saying this will make it harder to get a reservation again because I will always book with them when coming back.

Honestly nothing and I always try to give a fair evaluation of these things. Again great people and hotel. Even the room met all my needs and comfort.

The room was spacious with 2 queen beds for my family of 3. The breakfast service was great and I especially love their large dining area and the fact that they provided lysol wipes to wipe down the surface. They even provided disposable gloves that you can wear to grab the thongs. I felt very safe during this pandemic era. The choice for breakfast was very good and healthy with fresh fruits, milk, yogurt, eggs, and pastry. I also like it when I got a text from the front asking if there is anything they can do to improve my experience!

I should have chosen the top floor since the people who were above us needed a lot of training how to respect others. They were stomping the floor late at night. I filed a complaint but there was no improvement. I guess there is nothing else the hotel could do about it.

Nice clean room. Staff was very friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Was not able to use the TV because you had to scan a bar code to use. We are older and scanning bar codes is beyond us.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, all staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed! Breakfast had a great variety to choose from, different hot main every day. All the fresh foods were kept stocked. The kitchen staff were excellent! I enjoyed the breakfast each day! Delightful stay. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Loved the free shuttle! I was traveling for business and they were great about taking and picking me up each day. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Pool area is nice.

The weekend/evening front desk weren't as helpful or accommodating, but still friendly. The location isn't very walkable, but you have the shuttle, so all good!

Modern facility, clean rooms, great breakfast, comfortably warm pool. We enjoyed our stay very much!

There were some hairs on the floor around the pool.

Breakfast was not up to snuff as the weather was impacting everything. I assume the kitchen staff couldn't get to work because of the ice storm.
