The room was very clean; the bed was very comfortable. I very much liked having the kitchenette in the room. The system worked out for the cupboard credit was good. The location was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and easy to deal with.

My only complaint was that, at least in the room I stayed in, one of the walls (I think it was the wall along the entrance) was very thin and I could easily and clearly hear people talking in the next room.

The location was super convenient, next to 5th, radio city, subway just around the corner. Staff very friendly, always greeting, smiling, willing to help. Very spacious 1 bedroom

Wish there was a kettle and to be able to cook something easy like pasta, as the kitchenette was already there as well as a big fridge. It would be very helpful for families with young children.

The Doorman, Bellman and all the staff were so kind and accommodating!! For that alone, I would return again and recommend to friends and colleagues!

The room was very large by Manhattan standards. We had a great amount of closet space and movement space in the room. The bathroom was nice and we had a small kitchenette which we did not really need but I could imagine it being useful to have. Well placed lighting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was nice. Everything felt clean and fresh. The staff was so knowledgeable, helpful, clear, and friendly. We were even given really nice umbrellas to use for the day when it rained. This property is extremely convenient for walking to Midtown sites and is one block from Subway to go uptown or downtown and about 7 blocks to Grand Central Station to get anywhere.

The only thing I would have done differently was bring my own shampoo and conditioner. They are renovating the dining space so there was no on site access to meals or drinks (other than the snacks and beverages stocked in the room). However, immediately around the corner of the front door was a bodega that was open 24 hours where you could get a little bit of everything including juices made to order or burgers, bagels, etc.

Comfortable room with friendly staff. Arrived from London and everything was ready for us. We felt welcome there.

The kitchen was being renovated. So there was no breakfast at the hotel. It would really have helped if this could have been pointed out beforehand. We didn't know the area well so had to wander round looking for a place to eat. There were of course plenty but it was a bit of a pain. Other than that all was good.

Front desk staff, doorman, and everyone were very friendly and requests were provided promptly. At check in we were upgraded to a room with 2 terraces! That truly made the stay special. The 1-bedroom suite was so spacious, especially by NYC standards, and even the sofa bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant is under renovation, so we couldn't judge that. Seems though like the restaurant will not have outside space, and there aren't any general outside areas, which would be nice.
