The room was good a little disappointed about a few things that could have been cleaner in my room , such as hair in the bathtub or stains in the sink but just a few details the location is great very easy access and subway close by the staff is amazing , really helpful and friendly ! They were very kind and tried to accommodate me at best . I would definitely go back !! If you need anything ask for philippe ( the french guy ) I’m sure he will help you out if you need anything!!

So like I said the room could have been cleaned a little more but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my hotel room and having a good sleep !

The location is ideal, right in Manhattan, close to Times Square, a metro station, and Central Park. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is excellent. Complimentary water bottles are available at reception, and the staff is very helpful.

The beds could have been larger, and the issue with the toilet flush sensor was never resolved during our 9-day stay. Additionally, on the last day, we were charged $12 to store two bags and two backpacks in the hotel's storage room.

The location was great and very central. The bed was comfortable, the decor was nice enough, and the included breakfast was great! And who doesn't love free bottled water and coffee at check-in? It wasn't amazing for the high price, but it was more or less the best value we could find in Manhattan on our travel dates.

Window was covered with film so we couldn't see outside and the room felt a little claustrophobic. I also got a rate online that included breakfast but at breakfast they insisted we were not on their list. Eventually a front desk person straightened it out, but it took a lot of waiting around.

The Lexington is a great location in NYC, walkable from most tourist attractions. It felt safe walking around at night, despite the construction around the hotel area. The hotel lobby is inviting and pleasant. The decor is charming. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and attended to all our questions and needs. Water pressure in the bathroom was great.

The room was spacious (per NYC standards) but the bathroom was claustrophobic and tiny. Breakfast staff gave us a hard time because we had paid for 3 people (1 adult + 2 kids) but they insisted that the complementary breakfast only covered 2 people per room so I would have to pay $35 extra for another kid. I had to get this taken care of by the front desk staff who agreed that the 2nd kid breakfast should be comped. Plastic cutlery seemed a little tacky for this kind of hotel.

The Crush gym is the best facility in the hotel. If I’m going to be there again, it’s because of this fantastic gym. The location is near important amenities and major avenues and streets. Further, it’s almost within 600 m from the UN headquarters. The fast check in and the availability to check out late. Th breakfast was fine, but it’s almost the same items every day. I wonder if they could consider assessing the cost per night, especially for those who pay for the breakfast everyday ($35!!!).

I was very impressed with the price I was able to score with such a prestigious and comfortable hotel-- the needs for my friends and I were very minimal for the one night we stayed and for that reason, we had a great experience. Nice beds, lovely bathroom, great AC and a prime location for everywhere else we ended up going to. Also, super duper nice and efficient staff that made checking in and out a breeze.

It's minor, since we only stayed a night and didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway, but when we tried to watch Youtube on the TV, the connection was spotty at best. The quality differed and the videos would keep stopping and buffering--meanwhile, none of us were connected to the WiFi, which I also had trouble connecting to, so I didn't even bother. Again, for the reasons we stayed at the hotel, it really didn't matter to us about the WiFi quality, but to others it might be a big deal.

I liked the location and the interior design . The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff .

Your breakfast "deal". The credit we received and that it was almost as much as one breakfast cost . The breakfast was horrible - paper and plastic products ? No waitstaff - had to ask to clean the table - chairs are ridiculously uncomfortable . The food was generically awful . In a city where food is an art form you use thawed bread goods ? Really ? And unimaginative coffee . I chose this hotel because I stayed in a Marriott Autograph Collection in London and had a fabulous experience in their facility and their dining room . This gets a negative 5 .

The staff was excellent from the car valet to the front desk. The property was extremely clean and wonderfully decorated. The hotel bar was accessible and very inviting. The location is perfect for excellent restaurants and close to Bryant park and broadway. Perfect spot!

Couple issues that are not a problem unless you are an NFL linebacker like myself. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, but, very tight if you are above 6’ and 250lbs. Shower is inviting, but a little undersized. Obviously the hotel architecture is dated and wonderful so I understand the limitations of space, so I take that into account. The other issue is that the beds are not plush by any means. They could use an upgrade to their mattresses. I’m not a picky person but if you going to spend 4-500 dollars a night I do expect comfortable beds. I would give the property an 8 out of 10 even with the small issues that I had.

The location was very good and easily accessible from the airport via bus. Room was comfortable and came with a robe and slippers you can wear to the bathroom. Bathrooms are shared and down the hall from room, but usually clean and available. Free bike rental was useful.

Sometimes the bathrooms were not available, and it was inconvenient to have to walk to find another one. There are no stairs to the rooms so I had to wait for the elevator to get to my second floor room.

The breakfast was okay but it was less inviting than last year when I stayed here. There were no warm things—scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon- and cold hard-boiled eggs with cold fruit are not the same.

Drinks are too expensive. With tip, a martinie is $35 and that is crazy, as is wine at $150 for a bottle of Sancerre. The menu is also too limited for food, since there is no restaurant. I arrived from France late in the afternoon, alone, and too tired to go out. I finally had a chicken quesadilla , which was good, but there was no salad or really anything healthy thing to eat.
