The reception staff was exceptional, truly helpful when I needed assistance with the hotel’s computer and other little problems.

When I booked for a bottom floor room, I did not expect to have a window door to the parking lot. I understand it’s great opening for those who are driving their own vehicles and can park right in front of their room. However, since I did not have a vehicle, we thought it was odd. Personally, you should make that known in your websites. We kept the blackout curtain closed, to keep out the nearby sight of cars and keep a bit of privacy. Next time I would reserve a second floor room so I can open the curtain and bring in some sunlight.

Really nice and clean hotel! I really like its vibe! We can see the restaurant “La Cage” through our room window. Free coffee is available at the lobby and breakfast is included ( I’m surprised that they have high chairs for baby too!) I love the shower room which has two shower heads (which is very convenient for showing our little baby as we brought her own bathtub along the trip).

Only one complaint about the price, the daily rate is half price of what we booked! It doesn’t feel good as we booked two months ahead of time…

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Lots to choose from at breakfast (toast, bagels, muffins, fruit salad, cheese, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice) opened early at 5:30. Just stayed one night en route to Fredericton. Great sleep. Staff gave great suggestions of things to do for our short stay-visit Old Quebec City (about 20 mins away) which was thriving and alive on a Sunday night! And to take an uber as the parking is limited when it's so busy. Would likely go back!😁

Overall clean, roomy and great location. Ther is a maxi across the street if u need to buy something. My kids loved the bubble wall and the room. It's our 2nd time there and we would probably go back

Could have had a mini buffet with scrambled eggs and pancakes or maybe eggos that go in toaster for kids or even croissants. Or if you have the flat grill open, maybe have fresh eggs so we can make our own eggs? Or remove the grill for more counter space Shower corners/caulking needs changing) No vending machine with snacks No pool.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and modern, with new furniture. Each room has a door leading to the backyard, and you can park your car right in front of your room. The breakfast is good, offering some options. We initially reserved for two nights, but after our flight was canceled, we decided to stay an additional night there. I will definitely consider staying here again if I travel to Quebec again.

It would be great to include some warm breakfast options, such as scrambled eggs and pancakes, and to offer a tea option in the rooms.

Room very comfortable, clean and well furnished, excellent bathroom with everything is needed. Good continental breakfast available starting at 5:00 a.m.

Check-in time at 4:00 p.m. is quite late. The hotel is locate at about 13 km from dowtown. It is ok if you have the car and you want to visit the vicinity of Quebec. The parking is included in the room. On the other hand going to downtow by car is not covenient, because private covered parking only can be found in downtown and they are quite expensive.

Hotel was extremely clean. Room was large as was the bathroom. Housekeeping staff lovely. Breakfast room was large with adequate seating. Staff kept everything stocked and tables cleaned after each use. Delious coffee and muffins. Very nice continental breakfast

Hotel located on a busy road, accessible to highways. On the outskirts of Quebec City so a car or taxi is needed to go into town. No outdoor space to sit when at hotel. Small lobby.

Everything from the check-in experience, facilities, breakfast, room, amenities in room, private bathroom, room cleaning, & staff Superb value for money. It is highly recommended. The location is a bit far from old Quebec but very close to shopping & other amenities. The kitchen, concierge, & cleaning staff are very friendly. Highly recommended (I don't get paid for these reviews) P.S: Reviews are based on our stay in Fall 2023 with two kids. We haven't explored the pool, Suna, & gym area. These were not our top priorities.

- Location - It is a 15 minute drive from old Quebec. - The ground floor units have a parking facility in front of their rooms. The first floor residents are allowed to park in the front or at the back (not a big deal but something to be cognizant of). - Noise - This wasn't an issue for us but you can hear your neighbor talking. The rooms are not well insulated. You can even footsteps of people walking in the hallway.

Excellent value, clean rooms, comfy beds, good sleep, free parking spot, decent breakfast. Most of all, forgot wallet/credit card at reception desk, and collected it after few hours without any problems.

After leaving reception, was still for good 10 mins on parking just in front of entrance/reception. If girls reached me with my wallet, or alerted, it would be absolutely perfect. Still, I'm grateful that nothing bad happened, except driving unnecessary for 2+2 hours.

The staff were accommodating when my SO arrived earlier and let her in the room before I arrived. The breakfast was adequate and well rounded. The rooms were well suited for a longer stay (minus an in room microwave, but there was one to use in the kitchen area), and the entrance to the room from outside was very convenient and felt more like a small rental.

Nothing, it was all good or great.
