The desk person spoke my mother toungue but was too rapid too explain, too rapid to give our key cards, we’re not even magnetized so we had to walk back all the way to repeat this operation that tecnically should have been done 1 st time Cleanliness of washroom :(

Location - close to Quebec-city, main attractions and huge mall; quiet - pretty quiet neighbourhood and inside the hotel, too; great breakfast - very good choice of options, good, quality products, coffee/juices available 24/7; lot of parking; decent gym; knowledgeable, professional, bilingual personnel, answering all the questions. The sink outside the main bathroom is always great for family.

A bit noisy AC unit; you can open window, but not much and fresh air doesn't go in which would be much appreciated at night. The hotel/room looks recently renovated, but the owner need to keep up the maintenance: squeaky doors, loose bath faucet and toilet bowl ring, etc. Main issue - accessibility: there is no elevator, which they warned about and was fine with us, but I assume may be challenging for persons with disabilities. Also no ramps or even automatic doors: moving the luggage in and out is quite challenging sometimes.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was overall very pleased with my experience. The rooms are small but very clean, with fresh linens and towels that made the stay comfortable. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The area is very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations in terms of variety and quality. However, the breakfast area was quite small, with limited seating available. On our first morning, we had to stand with our plates because there were no free tables, which was inconvenient. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great service, and value. Just keep in mind that the breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours.

Courteous service. Great location. Good size room, clean and with excellent furniture distribution. Well maintained equipment and furniture. Excellent WI-FI signal. Bathroom renovated and clean, but with finishing flaws, very worn bathtub curtain and extremely dirty air extractor fan. Large flat screen TV, however, is not SMART. Breakfast with a variety of hot and cold drinks and savory and sweet items. Private parking, free and open, with several open spaces around the building.

It does not have an elevator. There is no safe in the room. The air conditioning equipment was turned off, so check if it will be on during the period of your stay or you will have to keep the window open at all times. Bathroom renovated and clean, but with finishing flaws, very worn bathtub curtain and extremely dirty air extractor fan. Large flat screen TV, however, is not SMART. The parking area needs new horizontal signage.

The initial impression of the hotel when we parked our car was not great. But, once we went inside, everything else was great, starting from room cleanliness to beds to breakfast. Mainly, we appreciated the fact the hotel had provided 4 towels for 4 people in our party - This is something that is generally lacking in other properties that we stayed in.

We would've preferred to have an elevator - This didn't bother us since we didn't have anything heavy to carry. Having said that, not having an elevator felt kind of not good. The person at the front desk told me that she would send out an email receipt which never arrived. If you need an invoice, I would suggest to ask for a paper invoice.

The room we stayed in was fresh and clean, tastefully decorated with crisp white linens on the bed. The beds were superbly comfortable - even better than mine at home! There was a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker in the room, making it easy to enjoy a light meal after our long trip and late evening arrival. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options in the onsite breakfast area. The small single use toiletries supplied were really gentle on my skin, which is quite sensitive. I loved the fresh, delicate scent of them. I loved the aircraft/air travel theme.

Really I found my stay excellent and have no complaints at all. One bed side lamp was not working, but there was more than adequate alternate lighting available. From a sustainability point of view, which I care about, it would have been nice to see the same toiletries available in a multi-use format. I would have preferred not to have s keurig machine in the room as the pods are not an environmentally friendly option. We chose not to use them, and waited to enjoy the excellent coffee and tea in the breakfast area.

The room is spacious. I found many clean towels. The bedding was clean. I stayed on the ground floor; the door opened to the parking lot where I had parked my car. It was easy to transport my luggage into the room. The TV was very large with a variety of channels. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and a microwave oven. The breakfast was satisfactory (omelet and sausages; you can make toast and waffles, and there's coffee, tea, and three types of juices available.)

Nothing unpleasant to remember.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast area was a bit tight. With the place being so busy, staff had a hard time going through the crowd to put more food. Long lines. Basically you just wanted to grab some food and leave the area quickly. The other thing is the place says it's a hotel, but it really fits more the description of a motel. Just next to another motel chain, all rooms divided over 2 floors, with first level rooms facing parking lot.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would give the beds an 8 out of ten for comfort. The breakfast had a very good selection of food. Eggs and sausage in addition to breads, yogurt, cereal etc and a waffle station. Coffee machines that made cappuccino and mochas were available 24 hours.

The mattresses should probably be replaced soon. I didn't have the greatest sleep and normally I sleep great in hotels especially since I'm tired from all the travel and walking.

the young lady who works the counter was FANTASTIC. The hotel was full of tired and cranky guests who had to show up early because of the cruise ships and airline schedules and she handled the situation beyond perfectly. she was patient, kind, considerate, very informative and helpful. we were greatly impressed with her! the coffee available 24 hours a day was PHENOMINAL. The service was friendly, welcoming, amazing and very thorough.

the rooms had a very bad odor when you first walked in. like old cheese and dirty feet.
