I recently stayed at the Econolodge in Quebec City and had a pleasant experience overall. Although the location is a bit out of the city center, it offers plenty of free parking, which was very convenient for our stay. The breakfast was basic but had some variety, so we found something to start our day off right.

The breakfast room, however, was quite small and was not maintained by the hotel staff during breakfast hours. Unfortunately, someone spilled something sticky, and it wasn't cleaned up promptly. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was good

I really liked the cleanliness of my room, especially the great smelling towels and sheets! The location was close to the city. My family and I enjoyed our hearty, delicious breakfast. The coffee was so fresh and tasty. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful!

One of your questions above stated that I had a preference for a quiet room when booking, but I never made that request! SO, that was odd! Anyhow, the Econo Lodge was not a loud place at all. In general, it was quiet and peaceful! The rooms must have had good soundproofing. I liked that the breakfast area had just the right amount of tables and chairs so as not to get too crowded. The couple that were working there were so nice!

The bath room is very clean and well maintained. I found a shower cap and hair dryer which are very practical. The breakfast has variety of choices, including hot food such as eggs, beans and fried potatoes, which is a surprise. In other hotels at the similar price, either the breakfast is not included or simply few cold snacks. But this hotel provides decent breakfast meals. You can tell from a lot of small details that people of the hotel care about the experiences of their clients.

Before sleeping, it was a little bit noisy when the neighbour room is washing up in the bathroom.

we stayed 2 nights , no one clean our room , no one change the wet towels, To be honest with you, I dont want to complain, but: when you booked its one price, when you check in its more , because its Saturday rate, but its supposed to be on a website, right. Anyways, other things was really great, Thank you. I truly recommend this place, but be careful with price and also ask extra towels before, because no one well go to your room.

I like the air conditioning, the included breakfast, as well as the beds. Very comfy! I liked how close the parking was to the entrance doors.

The small sample shampoo and conditioner bottles had too little product, had to use two bottles just for one wash. Not enough for long hair. Room service was not available to come to make the bed, and refill towels and soap bottles. The breakfast options could’ve been a little better and the room for breakfast definitely bigger, could not accommodate for the amount of people staying at the hotel for the two mornings I ate there.

Good breakfast each morning. Staff were very accommodating and went over and above for us on more than one occasion. Beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was well equipped. Reasonably close to the airport and good value for the price. Good to have rooms on ground level which made it easier to drag luggage (no stairs). Plenty of off road parking.

The breakfast was adequate with varieties (hot,cold), the TV was smart HD where we can use our own app as wel as live TV. Fridge was large enough for everyday use. and finally the location close enough to old town quebec.

The water temperature was fluctuating from time to time. We occasionally had cold tap water when we needed it. Most of the time the tap water was running lukewarm. The bathtub drain was running very very slowly but when reported it was fixed very quickly.

I liked how easy it was to check in and out. As soon as I walked in and went to the front desk I got my key card for my room within 30 seconds. Lady at the front desk was really nice and pre warned me about the breakfast tomorrow morning might be busy due to a large group staying that night. Overall 8/10

I disliked the presentation of the hotel from the front. The walkway was poorly maintained and could use some fixing up. The room itself was 7.5/10.

Nice and cozy, family friendly, rooms on same floor as reception. Rooms had walkout parking lot access. Good yet little worried of break in too.

Bathrooms could be better. I wish staff there would have a welcoming and happy look. Staff at breakfast section was not friendly, when asked if they had butter, she said NO. As if we asked for something unusual. Bathroom sink had little clogging issues, water took forever to drain.

Hotel staff were friendly, efficient and readily available. The breakfast was included and had a great variety of choices. The location was very convenient to the airport and to both central and rural areas.

We had no specific dislikes, especially considering the very reasonable price we were paying and convenient location.
