Being a retired general manager of a hotel in Toronto, I am very conscious of standards, friendless and helpfulness of the staff. All were excellent.

Due to the fact that I had made my reservation through booking.com, when I asked if I could park at the hotel for a week until my return, I was told it was not possible. I even asked if I paid separately would it be possible and again it was no. I will be back with you on Sunday, May 7th from Vancouver. If possible, I would like a room on the side of the parking lot out front. My last room was 306.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good buffet-style breakfast, and the rooftop was simple but a nice addition. The pool was also lovely, loved that area.

The water game section of the pool was a bit lacking, that section is always the most loved for toddlers so it was a bit sad for them. I also called and ordered a crib for my room and instead received a twin mattress with no suitable fitted sheet. My baby kept rolling off the bed and I was essentially awake all night…

I enjoyed the modern design and vibe of the hotel. I really appreciated that there were laundry facilities on the premise. The breakfast included was okay, but there are at least two breakfast restaurants close by. The location being close to the airport was perfect for my needs, and there were restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The design and decor of the hotel was very nice, but in some areas functionality suffered. The shower being open meant that water went everywhere especially all over the floor making it quite slippery. The carpets in the hallways need a good cleaning.

Very clean, comfortable & spacious room. Liked the 'protein' component of the continental breakfast (sausages&eggs). Secure parking & easy\spacious parking stalls for airport departures. Attached to a Boston Pizza for variety & easily accessible meals - several walkable other eating choices.

Tiled shower\bathroom flooring can be quite slippery when wet (need to take caution especially in shower.)

the breakfast was the same every day, no variation and limited quantity, very limited seating, couch in common area broken and tippy, need to use key to keep lights on in the room, no house keeping after 2 nights stay for 3rd night, glass door that doesn’t lock on bathroom, shower sprays everywhere as no door or curtain, only a shower no tub-not ideal with kids

The matresses are really comfy, which was a welcomed surprised. Good rooms size, mimo fridge isn't all that mini(which is nice), pool "on the roof" with water slide was great with the kids, and the pool floor has an outdoor deck which I found great. Great location ( about 10-15 mins from the aquarium, 25 mins from Old Quebec). They supply a crib if you have a baby. Arcade center right beside hotel(but did not go)

The matt provided with the baby crib was too soft, needs to be firm. Bathroom fan wasn't functionning and hasn't been dusted in awhile

The idea of coupons for breakfast could've been thought differently. I have accidentally lost my coupon and couldn't find it. The receptionist told me that it's ok and that I can go ahead to take my breakfast. That made me think what's the point of coupons since other hotels that I have been don't use that system???

The location was great and underground parking! The breakfast was also great considering it came with the room and it was a hot breakfast. I would for sure stay here again when I come back next!

I think the room was rushed when it was cleaned before we stayed because we did notice some dirt and hair in the bathroom but it was nothing major. We also didn’t find the hot tub was actually hot it was just luke warm. overall nothing that would deter us from coming back!

The room was awesome! very comfortable and clean. The pool was fun for the kids, however it can use some extra supervision on capacity. It states only 50 guests at a time but it definately was not the case. It was very full, the hot tub was full of children under age and it wasn't as clean as should be. The breakfast was ok. The staff was great!

The pool needs more precautions and supervision. It seems insufficient for the volume of guests that stay at the hotel.

The room was beautiful and quiet. In a nice location. Staff was friendly and helpful even before asking.

Not enough pillows or towels in the room. A place with a pool should offer extra towels for the pool. Perhaps an option for robes would be nice. There were also few places to hang the towels and swim suits once we returned. There was also a swastika in the parking lot which was disturbing.
