No bus for haram

Clean really good service. very comfortable the breakfast was too expensive because I had 3 children they would charge same price for each so I didn’t go for it.

The bus shuttle every 15 minutes but the drop off is 20 minutes minimum walk to haram.This is with nearly all hotels in haram. so I had to take a taxi and you have to bargain with them because most of them are rip offs. I would do fajr and come back then asar to asha and come back.

Location was great. The hotel was comfortable. Shuttle was available whenever we wanted to go to haram.

Breakfast was not good at all. Our room did not have breakfast plan. We decided to pay separately, and the cost was 50SAR per person. The breakfast they offer was beyond basic. 50sar is a lot of money for the breakfast they provided. I did not like it at all. For Turkish breakfast, you should not fully serve turkish pickles (tursi). We Turks dont eat only pickles in our breakfast. You should have provided at least couple of types of cheese, like kashar cheese. Your omelet was very cold. To sum up, you should increase your breakfast plans or reduce the prices if you keep this breakfast plan.

I like the reception staff, specifically the men, because they are more helpful than the women, and the security staff are also very helpful. The breakfast at Flour M is very good. And the rooms are large and comfortable.

The breakfast, for which I paid a large amount, was not as expected. There are two floors, M and R; R was poor, with regard to both the food and the Indian staff. However, the Egyptian staff member was helpful. The women at reception gave us incorrect information about the bus schedule from the hotel to Masjid al-Haram. Overall, it was good.

Clean, daily room service, respond quickly to requests. 8 elevators 4 for even floor and 4 for odd number floors Provide toiletries, 2 bath robes and even extra comforters in cupboard. Tea water and coffee daily. View is very nice and room is so enlightened Couple of Souvenir shops next to hotel

Bus drops you at Gaza stop very far if have child or old people But you may take taxi around 20-25 Riyal (one way) to or from clock tower Only official taxi no careem or other applications is allowed to enter Cross street for groceries

Everything was exceptional, from the amazing staff, especially the night duty receptionist, Enad and Raeda very sweet ladies, and the house keeping, to the amazing breakfast. Will definitely visit again. Special thanks to the night manager for being so kind and considerate during our stay, arranging for all our needs, is very kind. The only issue is bus drops at Gaza bus stop which is 20-30 min walk to Haram so I suggest entering Haram through Safa Marwah gates, around gate 16.

From internet to all facilities everything was good. Overall a good hotel.

Reception was untrained. My card was declined because of security feature in it. Until I took out my second card from my luggage he was jumping like hot potato. He was calmed by hotel porter. Absolutely had no training whatsoever to deal situation.

The rooms are very clean, and size of room is as well good. Staff is very friendly especially the lady on the reception in day time.Location of hotel is just at the starting of king fahad tunnel hardly 5 mint drive to makkha however free shuttle available 24 hours .

The shuttle service is available 24 hours however the bus is shared by adjacent hotel and internet signal in room is low.

This place is amazing! It’s got a great vibe and is super well-kept. It’s right near the Haram, and there’s even a 24-hour shuttle service. This is perfect for families who are going on umrah, and I highly recommend it. I’d give it a perfect 10 out of 10!
