Very good and clean hotel- 24/7 shuttle and it stop us very close to haram. we use Bab us Salaam to go to mataf. There are restaurants near the hotel which are open till late and you get good food at good price. Hotel attendant very kind especially our room attendant Mr Aziz Obed and Shehab, very helpful and provide us with what we needed and clean our room. You get taxi next to the hotel at good rate for ziyarat. We thanks Elaf Bakkah team!

Just avoid taking the shuttle after Jummah prayer, better wait in haraam around 1 hour and then go to the bus station else we need to wait in a very long queue in the sun.

Their service, everybody is nice, welcoming and willing to help, you call them any time and they respond and help you, you ask for room service, you get it within 10 minutes. They provide plenty of complements in the room everyday. The shuttle bus is reliable, you won't wait more than 10 minutes to leave. The cafe guys are very nice there. The gifts shops inside and around the hotel are cheaper than those in the main Gaza market.

The bathroom needs maintenance and thorough cleaning, the tiles are not quite clean. The shower box is not closed, so the water sneaks outside and make the bathroom messy. The bus stop at the Haram side is crowded after Isha and Thuhur prayer, which makes it hard to find your bus and sometimes you need to run between multiple buses to find yours, it would be great if they just put a sign on the bus windshield indicating the hotel name.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with a short distance to the Haram. The bus station was just an 8-minute walk to Door 3, and it took about 15 minutes in total to reach the Safa and Marwa door from the hotel (including the bus waiting time to fill). The room was clean and equipped with a fridge and kettle, and also iron machine and save, adding extra convenience. The staff were very friendly, and the shopping inside was affordable. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-located stay!

The transportation from the bus station to the hotel was very crowded and confusing. sometimes It was hard to find the shuttle, and sometimes the driver left without noticing us. sometimes Waiting in long lines made the experience even more frustrating, but in this case you can take any bus

Nice hotel. Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a variety of food to cater for everyone's needs. Check-in and check-out was super fast and easy. Taxis are really easy to find in the front of the hotel. Although far (not walking distance) from masjeed al Haraam , there is a 24-hour shuttle service to take you there. Just keep in mind that sometimes you will have to wait (5-10 minutes) for the bus to fill up before moving.

Bear in mind that once the bus drop you at masjeed al Haraam, you still have a bit of walking to do if you want a good place inside the masjeed. Otherwise if you don't mind praying just outside the masjeed or in the Safa-Marwa place, it's just a little walk. One last little tip: Don't rush after prayer to catch the bus back to the hotel (especially after Fajr). There is a lot of crowding and you will end up in a long queue. Take your time in the masjeed, let a good half hour goes by before going to the bus pick-up point.

The rooms were fine with sufficient extra space. There is a need to replace the room and corridors carpets with the new ones. On the first days, we did not face any problem in moving to Harm from Hotel. There was an exceptional shuttle service to Harm. But for the next two days, there was some problem with the bus service as a result we always a faced problem while returning from Harm to Hotel.

Every thing is fine except the smell of old carpet that I felt on 12th floor.

ease of checkin/very comfortable rooms with excellent sound proof walls/all facilities were as described/hotel shuttle very prompt/sufficient number of elevators/plenty of very comfy chairs scattered around lobby area which is great for chilling with friends & family or even hosting guests

Perhaps 2 minor notices for improvement.... 1)tv menu says there are 2 kids channels however there wasn't any, tried to reach out for help from reception but they didn't help out much... would've been nice to have it working as it really helps keep my toddler entertained... 2)room service number (food) not always accessible need to call their number many times inorder to place an order, alsoFound it difficult to reach them after i finished eating to arrange for collecting empty plates, so ended up just leaving them outsider room in corridor overnight..

The trainer receptionist Bayan, is a very good person and helpful (she’s gonna be a good receptionist in the future, thanks for the help whenever needed. The place is close to Alharam and the buses are always available. People are friendly

I have stayed in this hotel several times and i was not having any complaints. Particularly the shuttle service was very good. However, this time the shuttle service was not good. Once we waited for more than 40 mts.

Transportation to al haram perfect less than 5 min , and never wait , location perfect better than other side road hotels , no traffic at all only buses to al haram , clean hotel , lift is to fast and have 8 lift better to serve all .

Internet wifi very slow and cant work even voice calls , also network coverage at this area very bad , no good restaurants near that hotel but you can use hunger station application, sound insulation btween rooms not perfect but its ok.

Overall nearly 5 star experience Check in took about 5 minutes Rooms were spacious and comfortable Room service always nearby (I just walk over to the trolley and request whatever I need like towels etc, I don't wait for them as I might miss them) Shuttle service I think is 5 star. 20 steps to the red shuttle bus, 4 minute ride to haram, 40 steps to praying area beginning where people are praying. ie just 60 steps you can pray and then return to the shuttle and back to the hotel if need be. Shuttle was like every 5-10 minutes. Officially every 30 minutes, but they often do more. Shuttle drop off is near baab Ali, which is the beginning of safa and marwa, 120 metre walk to baab Ali up the ramp or another 200 metres to the clock tower. ie 5minutes walk to clock tower from shuttle drop off. After umrah from marwah it is very close to the bus shuttle. There is sharwama and shish kebab and roast chicken Yemeni food shop 40 seconds from the hotel and a small spicy Bangladeshi food place with cheap breakfast food around 50 seconds away, barber shop is 40 seconds away with half price umrah haircuts as compared to those next to the clock tower.
