I would rate the breakfast a 5 out of 10 primarily due to the menu choices. The selection leaned heavily towards Arabic cuisine, which, while appreciated by some, did not cater to the diverse international clientele present. Many guests, including myself, would have preferred a more balanced offering that included a wider range of international dishes. Furthermore, the quality of the food was disappointing. It was evident that the chef's skills were lacking, as several dishes were not prepared properly. This detracted significantly from the overall dining experience.

Overall, it's a nice clean and quiet hotel. I can say it's better than most similar hotels or even higher expensive hotels in Makkah. I stayed for 2 nights only during Ramadan.

Location is far from Haram. It's not a big deal during normal days as by taxi it is cheap and won't take more than 5-10 minutes. However, during Ramadan it's a great expensive hassle, and the shuttle service is not reliable during those congested times as well. I wish the hotel management seriously work on improving the shuttle service as it's the only drawback that might prevent anyone from booking with them again.

The room was very spacious. The lifts were very fast. No matter the time you could always find a taxi parked in front of the hotel. Breakfast had many options and it was very good.

Too far from the center. Although they offer a free shuttle to Haram, it drops you at the Ajyad parking area which is a 900m walk to the clock tower area. If you are with a family, specially kids, they are not going to like this. Taxi from hotel takes 15-20 euros and drops at Haram. But the return takes 50-60 euros because cars are not allowed to park in Haram and the taxi drivers take advantage of that. Also we were provided with very few toiletries. I had to ask twice for new towels, toilet papers, soap etc. At night, nobody picks the phone at reception.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. The internet is fast. It was our second visit and we had a peaceful stay.

The bathroom mat and hair dryer were missing from the bathroom. The locker wasn't working properly, and some light bulbs were also out.

Very clean and affordable. The shuttle bus was there but there's really no need. Download Uber and it's a 20 riyal trip the haram. Got upgraded to a suite which was lovely but there was a misunderstanding and they only upgraded the first night. This was resolved and we stayed in the upgraded room for the second night too but it was a bit of a hassle sorting it out (30 mins). Amazing bathroom and well worth it even if you pay the price. Staff are lovely. Close to supermarket and many shops which is very useful.

the cleanness level, the check in process, the staff response time. dust was found inside the closet, refer photo. decor lamp is broken, refer photo. bed sheet was not clean, stain was found, refer photo. check-in process was horrible. I booked twin bed room & sofa. I was given king bed with no sheets. It took them nearly 1 hour to rectify this with continuous follow-ups!!! you have to request tooth brushes! strange for this star level & rating.

The reception staff was very polite, customer friendly and very professional. The support staff were also very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and up to my expectations. The shuttle service is also very good.

A very small one, there was no tissue box in the room. The staff said they have run out of tissue boxes and said they will give me in the morning. However, we did not receive any. I dont think the problem is with the staff. The staff were very polite but it seems more of an management issue.

Location was great , closer to shopping malls ,, restaurants, banks, gold market and groceries. Staff were great .

Windows in the room closed and cannot view outside. Long queues at the reception for bith check in or check out. Only one at time 2 serving clients, leading to delays

1) we couldn’t enjoy our Breakfast due to very limited items of our food preference. 2) Location, Pro-Tip: you should know in advance what are going for. Good Shuttle service is available but due to fixed bus stop location (not Hotel Fault), you have to walk 15-20 mints to reach main entrance so we used to take taxi which takes 20 riyal a side per time and drops right under king fahad gate. our per day taxi cost was around 60-100 riyal depending on our usage of taxi

the single beds were small but understood that that was the standard in Mecca hotels. The shuttle to haram comes every hour and leaves 1 minutes after the time sharply , if you come 5 minutes after you need to wait an hour or take a taxi. The breakfast was ok , not a lot of variety , the bread wasn’t fresh and there is no coffee available , only Nescafé for those who are morning coffee people you need to find a plan b to get it somewhere else which is still a rare thing , maybe better bring your coffee and small Italian coffee maker.
