Nice location , close to Marina. Beautiful views from the terrace. The room was spacious and clean.Jessica at the reception was fantastic, a person you wish to see daily at every hotel reception.

Super hard and uncomfortable pillows. The problem was the shower as it was very minimum water running out of them. Very difficult to shower , especially for a female to wash the hair. The reception knew about it and they only decided to take care of the matter once we left. Well , we spent in hotel nights only and during the day we were at the beach, so I believe there was plenty of time to solve the problem.

staff was great, all of them! Very nice and helpful! we really needed a 'rest stay' , my husband is recovering from a horrible spell of dengue (we live in Bonaire) and we loved the place! even when there was a small noise hick-up, it was solved immediately. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

Property is a bit 'tired', renovations are in order, but keeping in mind the last hurricane damages, totally understandable....

Despite the island was suffering from an electricity issue, there was always current. And the quietness.

Wifi and TV did not work properly. Understood the hotel changed wifi access. I would have appreciate a note or an email, SMS or WhatsApp up send as a notification that something changed!... which made it difficult working from a distance.

The rooms are very beautiful and the pool is great

The walk from the room to the reception or car is too long, the housekeeping is horrible and unprofessional, my bathroom had a a dead cockroach, the dishwasher did not work (instead it flooded the kitchen) and the toilet bowls inside and sink in kitchen are stained.

Property was fine. Nothing to do with the staff but the night before we left some local costumer had a party and it was very loud and annoying I couldn’t sleep at all. I was furious and upset but not with the staff (staff was super extremely nice)

I love the room. How quiet and peaceful it was. And I love the view.

I didn't like the fact that I had to walk from the parking lot to the room. I didn't like that I had to park my rental so far from where I was staying. I didn't like that the elevator wasn't working.

I liked the view. I mostly looked forward to the pool. Our bellman Matthew and housekeeper Melissa were awesome. It has everything that you needs in the room.

We were in room 10201. And the only complaint is that the chicken sink needs to be reinstalled, it was moldy. They added something but that does not fix it. Also, the couch in the living room is started to dry rott. And with the windows and everything open you can see that the chair needs to be replaced considering that it is white and its flaws are visible. Keep in mind security deposit of $200 is required before checking in. And ID's of all persons staying in a room is also requested.

I liked that the property was in a good location, not too far and not too close to busy town areas. Just very convenient! There was a Beautiful view in the morning of the lagoon and boats. The room was also very clean and overall very comfortable, looking forward to booking PDP for my next trip to SXM!

I was hopeful for an upgrade, although my booking stated i had an 'Executive Suite' , i felt as though it was a studio room. Bedroom and living room were not separated. Everything was joined together and could see the bed as you open the room door. That in particular didn't seem like a suite.

Very modern, well equipped room with water views. Extremely comfortable and great value for the price.

Small recommendations for an otherwise exceptional stay: blanket as well as sheet, pool towels, info on nearby restaurants.

I loved everything. The atmosphere the location was lovely. Very quiet which I need.

The walking. Haha but the bell service was great. Only problem the bell service us not 24/7.
