Location within the terminal perfect for an early flight

Noise from the trains, homeless people sleeping in the airport, the bed was abit hard!

the closest one can get to Madrid airport ideal for an overnight stay in between transit flights even though our flight was to and from Terminal 1, these rooms are in Terminal 4. but then there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from in just 20 mins. Very good Coffee making facilities.

We used it twice and booked well back beforehand and in both cases they placed us in the special needs room Number 1 and the bathroom was quite uncomfortable but on the whole all was well.

The location is perfect inside terminal 4 for long connecting flights. It's next to the metro and commuter train for an easy day trip into the city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. With the exception of occasional train noise from the metro, the hotel is very quiet. The room is quite large, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Because the hotel is inside the terminal, it doesn't have a window. It doesn't bother me but some might not like me this fact. I also feel the the check in and out times should be more flexible for people choosing to stay there for a long connection lapse. Many international flights arrive in Barajas early in the AM and check in isn't until 2 pm.

Used the HelloSky a few times now... The convenience to be a 3 minute walk to the check-in desks is golden. Friendly staff, quick check-in, and right next to the Metro station for convenience of taking the Metro directly into the city center for a visit.

Not sure if it's slightly overpriced, but it it was cheaper I doubt you'd ever get a booking. When I checked in on a pr-booking, at least 3 parties got turned away. There's limited rooms, so book early. HelloSky should definitely try and expand. The only other complaint is hearing the trains roll in underneath in the tunnels below. Luckily they stop between midnight and 5am.

With mobility challenges, I needed to be in a hotel as close to the airport as possible. Transfers to and from were causing exacerbation of my injury. This made it possible to easily fly in - get some needed rest- and be on time for my departing flight. The Air Hotel is in the airport terminal. There was complimentary coffee in the room , a great shower (needs some safety bars for handicapped) and a very clean and comfortable bed.

Being in the airport itself, I could hear the multiple landings and takeoffs. But I was so comfortable, I easily fell asleep and enjoyed good sleep. .

Had to stay overnight in Madrid for a last minute travel departing next day from Terminal 4 Satellite (T4S). Arrived to T1, then proceeded to T4 on the free TRANSIT bus and in no time at all I was in my room. There is a premium in the price compared to hotel places to stay (e.g., Hilton) however you save on taxis and you save time and inconveniences with the free hotel shuttles. I used to go there before COVID-19 when it was a Lounge working for IBERIA business travellers and they keep the same high standards of service, and I am glad they offer rooms now.

Nothing I did not like.

My second time here. The fact that it's into terminal 4 so you don't even need to change terminal while landing makes it perfect to me for a one night between flights. Room and hotel are clean and new, facilities and Wi-Fi are great. Breakfast is generous, tasty and healthy, kept me full for hours. The staff are very nice and kind. In all aspects together it worths the price. I will come back again everytime I have a connection between flights in Madrid. I came on end of January while it's 6 degress outside and the room is so warmy I could sleep with a thin pajamas.

The room was in the airport terminal itself. Great location for a late night arrival or early morning departure flight. The room was adequate and clean and had all the necessities. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound insulation; in spite of all the airport activity we had a good sleep and I am usually a very light sleeper.

Some signboards across the terminal to direct us to this place would have been nice. while the directions provided in the confirmation email was good, we still had to search a bit to find it.

The location in the heart of Madrid Barajas International airport is brilliant. The one-level orientation of the rooms makes for easy access to the rooms compared to hotels that need stairs or elevators.

Our room, 22, suffered from an intermittent rumbling noise as trains entered and exited the train station. The rumbling was not invasive, but it was noticable. The small flush on the toilet cistern does not function.
