No breakfast available. Why? Dined in the restaurant on our first night, asked for burgers medium rare and was told they would be cooked well done. They were foul, totally over cooked. What a mistake by the ‘chef’ who clearly has no concept of people’s preferences. Did not go back to eat there again.

Maybe the ‘chef’ could be replaced.

The hotel has great ambience. It is about a 15 min walk to the main strip. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking is $20 a night- just an FYI I rented a suite. It was nice to have a separate bedroom from the teens. There was a mini fridge, large counter area and microwave. The bathroom was modern and clean. Water pressure and heat were good. The beds have lots of fluffy pillows which made me happy. I’m a pillow snob. I will definitely book again.

In the pictures, the pool looks alot larger than it is. It is large hottub in actuality.

It was a clean and friendly hotel. In all my years of traveling and staying in hotels this was the only one that the front desk called our room about an hour after we settled in to check in and see if the room was as expected or if we needed anything else. I also liked that there is underground parking first come first serve with a fee.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the only draw back was the location being so far from main street to walk too. However we lucked out with great weather for the walk and enjoyed a wonderful walk to and from Banff Avenue shops and festival that weekend.

Rooms were in excellent condition, loved the shower pressure. Staff was always friendly and able to answer any questions I had about the town and nearby places to visit. Hotel was close enough to walk to all the restaurants in town, and the bus stop to go to the hot springs / gondola was 50 feet from the hotel. Carlito's Pizza in the hotel was delicious...

One of the beds had a large butt-sized depression in the mattress making it uncomfortable to sleep in. However, there were two twin beds and the other was perfect.

Room - We had a unique room with 3 beds, and having a door between the rooms was a real plus, especially traveling with adult children. The location was nice - out of the hustle of the touristy area at the other end of town. Employees were stupendous - such a breath of fresh air whenever we had questions or issues that arose (our end, not the hotel's). I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to adults seeking a little quiet from the traffic and noise farther down the street.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. We didn't have a car so 15 minutes walk to town, but daily free shuttle to Lake Louise was next door, so very handy, and it was easy and convenient to leave our skis locked in the carpark. The room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Nice big spa pool with sauna and steam room. Restaurant was good for dinner, but we didn't realise they also offered breakfast so we missed out trying that, perhaps it's not open all the time.

Room was very nice and my wife enjoyed that it had a tub, would have been nice to have a microwave though. Staff were excellent and helped us out on a couple of occasions with coffee maker, booking our trip on the gondola, and giving us directions. Breakfast was a real sour point, it was buffet with not all things there to choose from, had to get waitress for coffee and tea while she talked with someone on her ear phones, then charged us 20% gratuity for us waiting on ourselves. Needless to say we found other places to eat after that.

Liked everything except breakfast and very upset about the tip being automatically charged to bill. I always leave a tip but base it on the service I receive.

Banff Inn could not be more perfect for our needs. It is only 5-10 minute walk to everything in town. It is close to the highway that takes you to all of the highlights of the region. It has an AMAZING Hot Tub/Sauna/Steam Room which was perfect after everyday of our hikes. It has a great Pizza Restaurant right on site! It also has Indoor parking which was perfect for moving our gear from Car to room and back. The room was lovely and very functional. The Staff was so nice and friendly at all times for us. I liked the lobby area as well as it was fun to see people sit in the chairs and share thier travel activities with their friends.

We were very happy with our brief stay here. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk outside of downtown. Free parking was available to guests, but there was also ample free street parking around the hotel for peak season. Staff were friendly, and the check-in process was easy. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. My husband also loved the thickness of the pillows. While we didn't have time to utilize the spa, we appreciated that there was one on site.
