Nice staff, clean room, confortable beds, great location. Housekeeper Maria was always so kind. Breakfast is good, but they were always out of something and understaffed, so keep that in mind because you may have to wait quite a bit to get your order and to get the food served. But very good overall!!!

Great customer service. Christian was amazingly helpful and attententive. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options and the quality of the food. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The facility was clean and comfortable and the only issue I had was the ice machine was not working in the 4th floor and had to go down to the 2nd floor for ice. Other than that, everything was amazing.

So comfortable and A/C is really good on a hot Texas day. Facilities were great, although laundry cost $7 to wash and dry, gym was good and clean and pool looked well maintained.

The only downside is distance from Austin itself but that can be seen from the map and it depends on why you’re booking here. But an Uber into town isn’t the cheapest and may outweigh the cost of booking somewhere closer to the centre.

Breakfast looked good and seemed reasonably priced, but if there were items for purchase For grab and go, there was not a sign saying such. The Starbucks coffee was wonderful at the door for grab and go.

Luggage carts were not returned to the lobby after use. It is not possible for the wonderful lady at the front desk to go and retrieve them during busy hours. Coffee machine in the room only had decaf coffee. But a quick run down the stairs for Starbucks made up for it.

The staff was so friendly from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed at in a very long time. The room smelled amazing as soon as we opened the door and was so spacious!

The hotel was very well situated and the location was perfect for our needs. The staff were very courteous, pleasant and helpful. The room was as expected. The check in and check out process were easy and seamless.

The one con, and it can be a big one, was noise. The property was rather noisy. We were able to hear all the activity in the surrounding rooms. Every time a door was slammed, we were jolted awake. People checking out early in the morning kept us awake too. The walls are very thin and there’s no insulation against noise. If noise is an issue for you, you might struggle here.

We stayed for a concert we were attending at the Moody Theater. I felt like this hotel was in a great location because we were able to travel to downtown Austin easily (Just jump on to I35) and the drive didn't take long at all. At the same time, it was far enough out that you didn't feel like you were in the traffic and bustle of downtown. Our next trip to Austin, this is where we will be staying!

The air conditioner in our room was a tad noisy, but it didn't keep us up at night. Just something we noticed may need to be serviced more frequently.

the rooms were clean and so comfortable - I slept amazing. I do wish I had a bathtub however the showers are big and the water gets nice and hot super quick. they also have a great little bistro and breakfast for the morning, and a gym that’s always clean and an indoor pool to die for. it’s also super conveniently located right by the freeway and only about 10 mins from downtown ❤️

Best smelling hotel we have ever stayed at!

Front desk staff could have been a little bit friendlier. (none of them were rude but they were also not once smiling. Didn't seem happy to work there, felt like they didn't want to be talked to)
