It is not as expensive and the hotel is in good condition and clean. It is about 15 min from downtown by car. There is free breakfast, coin laundry, a gym and a pool

It was a bit cold even after turning off the AC, the noise insulation is not that great, it was easy to hear some of the neighbors. The illumination in the room could be improved

The breakfast was sufficient, a good selection of fruit, yogurt, juice, bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, waffles, coffee and good selection of teas. Buffet breakfast area was clean and well laid out.

I didn't appreciate that at the time of check-in the Saul/registration wanted place a charge on my credit card for (incidentals) even though I was about to pay for my stay. He decided not to charge card when I told him that was listed during reservation.

I enjoyed very much the location, wasn't too far of a drive from any of our destinations. Checking in was not a problem, front desk staff VERY friendly. Upon arriving our room was very clean.

Our 3 day 2 night stay, room service only knocked on our door once and we were in our room. The rest of the trip we didn't get any service Had to use same towels multiple times.

The hotel had only been open for a few weeks; the entire interior was new and everything clean. The staff at the reception went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, very service oriented. We had chosen rooms with king size beds and we liked these. Nice gym and laundromat. There are several restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity, the hotel easily accessible from the highway and only 25 mins. drive to / from Bergstrom airport.

The pool was still under construction, unfortunately.

The facility and rooms were very clean. The shower surpassed my expectations…a nice walk-in shower with clean sliding doors and working shower head with nice even spray.

The breakfast was good but for some reason there was no coffee. There was a spot for it with creamer and sugar but no coffee or coffee pot. They are still working on driveway access from the main road so you have to come in from Yager which wasn’t a huge deal.

Everything was nice and clean and quiet

I asked to have my room cleaned and the house keeper called someone and told them I wanted my room cleaned and the person she was talking to told her what for isn’t she checking out tomorrow. Which I believe shouldn’t matter.

Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect for breakfast. Always was full and even after many had eaten it was quickly replenished.

Hotel had just finished adding a pool and were filling it with water. We didn’t stay long enough to take a swim.

It was very quiet, extremely clean! Could not complain about the location, especially if you’re just passing by.

This location, or hotel does require a deposit of almost $60 which is not shown when booking, but is requested when checking. But the refund is fairly fast.

Left behind some medications. Would like for them to have been mailed back to me but didn't. Didn't get call back from manager.

The room was clean and having access to dog potty area was a good touch. good lighting options. Decent breakfast. mattress and pillows were comfy.

AC was loud. wished there was vending machines on each floor.
