Big room, open view, quiet swimming pool. Supermarket, pharmacy, McDonald's are just downstairs. Several malls within 10 minutes' walk. The river is 5 minutes' walk. Many buses stop just outside the hotel. MTR is only 5-10 minutes' walk. Wifi is excellent. Broadband plug in is also possible. Excellent set up for working and doing video calls.

Can hear traffic noise even up in the room on 20/F sometimes. Noise from nearby construction work can also disrupt the otherwise rather peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool is on 3/F, surrounded by industrial buildings. Can get quite windy.

The swimming pool were closed from end of October and the weather were still hot enough to sunbath.

The accommodation was very pleasant and staff wonderful. The Momo restaurant offered a wonderful variety of cuisine and the staff were lovely. We would go again.

Spacious room as always but the service of the front office agent (ladies) could be better.

The bath towel wrapped a lock of hair from the previous guests. Looks horrible.

Room is nice. Location is a bit off city centre, but have easy access to MTR.

The staff looks a bit tired and the hotel lacks the welcoming atmosphere. The main entrance is difficult to find, especially when you are carrying luggages.

Loved the gym, that you had good Wellcome downstairs and easy to get public transport. Very helpful and friendly staff

I had to find a hotel last minute and I managed to get a booking on the day for a reasonable price. The location was good for me because it was close to family nearby. The staff were polite and courteous. The room was great. Clean with everything you expect in a hotel, nice bathroom with everything provided (eg shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels). Good WiFi connection, which was important for me as I was working during my stay and a lot of Teams calls all day. Beds comfy. AC was customisable and quiet (unlike another hotel I stayed at in Sha Tin, which had very noisy AC and had no auto function, so it was either on or off!). The hotel is walking distance to Shek Mun, which has plenty of eateries, a shopping mall, and train station. There is also McDonalds, Mannings, Wellcome Supermarket below the hotel, so it is all very convenient. I think there is also a shuttle bus to Sha Tin New Town Plaza, but I didn't use it, I imagine this is also quite handy if you're after a bit more life and big shops. I had a riverside view, which meant I had beautiful views out of the very large windows, which was very nice to look at whilst working. Taxis stop right outside and the bus stop for the airport bus is a short walk from the hotel.

The lobby is a bit sad and sparse, could probably do with a coffee shop or something especially as I used the "business centre" (which is just a few tables and cubicles to sit at with your laptop round the corner from the reception) when I was waiting for my room, and it would've been nice to get a coffee or tea while I was working.

Great hotel. Very close to MTR and bus lines. Lots of restairants close by. View on water side was great. The hotel is sppotless and the rooms are very clean and well maintained with good rainfall shower. The fitness center is typical- weights good and treadmills oK. We heard the breakfast was great. We headed for Shek Mun MTR and the bakeries and pineapple buns there were great.Pool was great with lifeguard.

GyM: The cycling options are worth mentioning as there were none ......they could do with a couple of spin bikes vs the recumbent non working thing- that was the only downside.
