The staff were very nice and valeted our vehicle well. Where it’s located is great, the restaurants are with walking distance and are many. The lobby is large and very eye appealing, with areas for visiting, eating or drinking.

Well, January 2024 wasn’t the best for Memphis. There were pipes busted all over and the lobby was so cold, we seen our breath on the elevator. It wasn’t the staff’s fault and we’re doing the best they could. We had a laugh when the water was shut of and our son was all soaped up in the shower, he was a trooper and washed off with bottled water. The only thing we disliked was that holiday inn didn’t build the hotel to handle below freezing temperatures.

The hotel needed a good clean. Carpets throughout were stained. The girl on the ftont desk was rude and needs a new uniform. The cleaner checked to service our room at 8.30. We said we'd be half an hour. We left at 9 and tiold cleaner room now available. On our return at 3pm it had not been serviced. The car valet guys were great. This hotel was only slightly cheaper than The Peabody across the road and there is just no comparison between the 2.

Booking com was notified on October 20 that the hotel had no air. We arrived only to find this out we had to find another place to stay. The front desk girl was great she tried to help us. They tried to give us fans but it was still to hot. I would stay if i ever planned another trip to Memphis just because of the staff.

No air

Great location, very close to the main street, near restaurants, in dowtown and 7 minutes walk from the NBA arena. Hotel is pretty new. Room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet is way over the average in this kind of hotels in the USA. Very recommendable place

The entrance is a bit weird, on the side of the building.

The reservation mentioned breakfast included. I ask about the the breakfast at the reception at check-in and the lady tell me opening hours. Next morning surprise NO breakfast !!!! No cooking today ! Just like this ! It was better to tell us at check-in there will be no breakfast.

The staff was great very friendly and very informative helpful with places to eat and where to go every one was amazing valet parking staff was very helpful all around a great place

Valet parking not the staff but after paying so much to stay there we also had to pay for parking our car there 25 dollar a day so if you didn't park it at the hotel you had to park your car across the street at a parking garage that charged 10 dollars a day such a shame I didn't like that part at all room was smaller than I thought it was 3 of us with 2 double beds when I made the reservation I stated 3 adults but we still got a small room also we had to ask a lot for towels because it was 3 of us we needed more towels

Wrong room then we booked when they put us in the room we booked. The water stopped working for 3 hours. Check in staff Was a great help. We paid for valet and they young kid handed us our keys told us go get our own truck. No microwave in room for the price of almost $500 for 2 nights

The room was clean, nice and very cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great!

The check in could have went smoother. We waited 25 minutes to check in. There was only one desk person and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She charged my card twice and said it will "probably" fall off tomorrow, if not, call back. So, she charged my card $444 for the room and parking (which was high for a standard room to begin with) and deducted $367 again in error for just the room charge.

Room was ok it was dirty towels in the bathroom I guess from previous guest I don’t know. Had to ask for more clean towels. I’m not sure how they do the rooms now but I wish we could have at least got our trash pickup.

Pay a little more attention to the guest rooms and how they clean the room. And for that reason we always bring our cleaning items to clean ourselves. It was still stuff on the floor. That should not happen. It was a nice hotel but for those reasons we probably will not stay there again. It’s other hotels right in the area.

Location

We arrived at 4 to check in and they told us that our room was still not ready yet if we could to give them about 30 minutes to an hour to get the room ready and they would call us as soon as it was clean and ready. 5 o'clock heard nothing, 6 o'clock didn't hear nothing. So we finally walked back to the hotel at 7 since we had dinner reservations at 8:30 and we needed to get ready and they told us it was ready 3 hours later and no contract we was told. So now we are rushing to get ready for my birthday dinner.
