The rooms were fantastic, with the added extras made a nice touch. My only suggestion would be if there are two people staying in the room for two days ensure that there is enough coffee pods and milk available to have at least two coffees each.

The breakfast team let you down dreadfully. It was not busy when we went in. In order not to embarrass the breakfast team I made a complaint at the check in counter at the main front desk. All our meals were luke warm (omelet/potatoes) and or cold (oatmeal). The coffee was cold we asked for a jug of hot water to warm up the coffee, we had to ask for refills on coffee. The lack of hospitality etiquette needs to be addressed. Extra milk served in a cup not a jug, try pouring from that into coffee cup or oatmeal bowl. The attitude to service to the customer was lapse to say the least. Disappointing especially from a establishment like the Westin. We paid top dollar to stay here and are treated as though it’s a bother to be looked after.

The best part of the stay at this hotel was Leslie Davis at the front desk. She was exceptional. The best person we have ever encountered at a front desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location was fabulous. The room and beds were comfortable. Staff was great.

There was no business area to print off tickets. Also, for what we paid for the hotel, it would have been nice to have breakfast included. We had just come from another hotel where it was much less expensive and breakfast was included.

This hotel is located minutes of walking to the Beale street, by the FedEx arena. However, it is soundproof and we could sleep very nice, without hearing all the music and dancing from the Beale street. Is super clean and nice. High quality toiletries. Comfortable mattress with high quality sheets. We will come back!

The restaurant downstairs is nice and clean but the service is super slow and not very professional. Our waiter came back came back first to tell us that they are out of orange juice. After 6 minutes of waiting for our food, he came to let me know that they are out of eggs. after another 5 minutes, he informed us that they are out of potatoes!!!!! very disappointed!! My advice will be to eat breakfast at nearby restaurants.

The property was super convenient. We were here for the international blues challenge and it was literally minutes to walk to Beale Street. The staff was amazing as they navigated 10 inches of snow while we were there. They were well trained and everyone pitched in to help. We look forward to staying here again.

The location was nice and the room had a great view. I liked the bathroom layout. The water had good pressure.

One of the elevators was broken which caused a lot of long waits to use the elevator. I also would have preferred a refrigerator to the minibar. The description made it seem like breakfast was included in the stay. Breakfast was for sale which is not the same as “breakfast included” as described.

The staff were all so attentive and helpful.The place was clean,cleanand real clean.I wish I was there right now still relaxing and having fun.

I loved everything.From the valet to the check-in everyone was amazing.If I were there right now I would be so happy because the Westin is great and I love Memphis.

Everything about this hotel was great from the valet ( which I didn't use but they were nice), the front desk, to the housekeeping. The front desk was very knowledgeable about the things that are going on in the city.

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't told about certain amenities. One of those things was the extra refrigerator for my room that I could've used to keep my things cold that needed to be kept cold like any leftovers I had.

I booked via booking . com and the breakfast was included I talked to reception and they told me to change and eliminate these 80 USD But at the end they didn't Thats not correct I also called them but no one was avaible in the account dept, I talk to machine, but no reaction so far.

I really love the location of the property. I loved how easy it was to enter into your room. When we came into the hotel, there was always friendly staff ready and willing to help you.

what I didn’t like about the property was the gift shop it’s not easily accessible during late hours. There’s also no microwaves or refrigerators in the room.

The mattresses need to be switched out they had big indentations in them which killed me and my husband’s backs! We left a day early! Probably won’t visit Memphis again! The bartender was great at making drinks and pleasant once you got her talking

I feel like the staff at the check in counters weren’t the friendliest! The valet people were decent!
