Absolutely beautiful hotel. Roberto and his family have created an absolute gem. No detail was missed in building this beautiful boutique hotel. Highly recommend.

At check-in we were given clear information and the staff walked us around the hotel to show us how to open the front door, where the restaurant and bar were and how to use the room facilities. How refreshing! The towels were extremely soft/fluffy. The waitress who served us dinner was extremely helpful and friendly and always with a smile. Made us feel very welcome. This is a great boutique hotel in a great location.

The road outside can be noisy and traffic started early. Be prepared for narrow roads around the lake to access the hotel, but a small price to pay for a hotel with great balcony views in a beautiful location.

not all the 4 star hotels keep this level of standards, a brand new, family owned hotel that the owner himself was very thoughtful, hands on but not in your face. i noticed very delicate things they were aware of and caring for that you cannot see even in 5 star hotels. to me it was so obvious that they care about what they do. Silvia in the reception, was very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our time there.

The location of the property is in a small village called Torno, literally in the hills and if you are driving to there you should be careful of the narrow roads and also the entrance of the hotel which is in the middle of the road and you can easily miss it. for us getting to know new people and specially locals of each area is very interesting so i am not regretting staying in Torno, but if somebody wants to see Como and/or Bellagio and is not interested in some adventures maybe they should stay in Como/Bellagio and not in the nearby villages. we like walking so it was not a big deal for us, i can say we even enjoyed it but if you don't, you should know that any shop or restaurant is 20 minutes walking away from you. and walking in the small hilly alleys or the road itself.

Everything was amazing. The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. Our room had an amazing view and everything you could want. The shower was large and had a non-slip floor which was wonderful for my elderly husband. The staff and owner Roberto were wonderful. Having a restaurant on site was very good for us, we didn’t want to go looking for a venue at night. All in all the most fantastic accommodation we have had in Italy - and we have been here many times.

Great view of the lake from balcony and the bed. Everything looked and smells clean. Everyone was super nice , friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very nice as well.

Need a car to get around for sure. Not much available around the hotel. The buses are not reliable. They stows up once an hour, often full and at times do not stop at the bus stop across the hotel. Taxi is not always available and even if they are it takes 18 min to come by. We regretted not renting a car. The wifi was spotty and disconnected as soon as we walked out to the balcony.

Our staying in this hotel was exceptional because of the great staff how they welcomed us with big smile and asking us everytime when we pass through the reception if we need something with smile. The room was as same as the picture with the beautiful view. Highly recommended and definitely I will come back to como and will stay in this hotel. I want to say Thank you so much and Grazie 🙏🏻

The breakfast was great and the service was so friendly and helpful. Ricardo, Sophia and Roberto went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and also provided us with all the transfers we needed.

Certainly not a reflection of Hotel Lago but getting around in Lake Como is very challenging. The staff was super helpful to assist us and provide transportation for our group.

This hotel calls itself "luxury boutique hotel" and thats exactly what it is. It a small hotel with a very luxurious vibe. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into this hotel. The room are very modern and very comfortable (and extremely clean). The shower is out of this world. The service is amazing. Staff is very kind and was very helpful with baby issues. Breakfast is perfect. Thanks!

Parking fee for people who dont order directly from the hotel. Thats really not neccecary..

I was utterly impressed by every aspect of my stay at this hotel. From the seamless check-in process to the exquisite room, delicious breakfast, attentive management, and smooth check-out, every detail was truly unparalleled.

The view, Staff especially Sylvia were exceptional, well designed with easy access from car to elevator. The bed was perfect. The restaurant was functional and good enough for a brief stay. The shower was fabulous.

You need a car and driving all over the lake at times is treacherous. Uber doesn’t exist in Italy and taxis are not readily available. In room 204 it would help to remove the dingy sofa bed and put a light in the back area.
