Stayed a few nights. Comfortable beds and quite a lot of space. Lovely gym, pool and spa facilities. I only used the gym but it's handy to have when you're travelling over a longer time and want to get a workout in. Had a decent meal at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff at reception and the gym were very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy.

It's a bit far from liverpool city centre - but I guess that keeps the price down. Also didn't like how easy it was to hear others in adjacent rooms. Heard some very private moments that made it awkward when passing others in the hall.

Absolutely everything !! The staff were marvellous. Helpful,polite,a joy to interact with. There was a lift,and the corridor was very clean. The suite was marvellous. Spacious,comfortable, spotless. I didn't want to go out! I ate in the restaurant and had a very tasty meal . The staff were lovely and I felt comfortable as a solo traveller. I would certainly stay there again. It's position in relation to several major cities and attractions makes it perfect for a stay .

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave!

We were pleasantly surprised. Location was perfect for us on the outskirts of Liverpool ready for the next day. Beds were super comfy. Everything clean and staff friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and again, lovely service and food great too. Other Best Western hotels should take lessons from this hotel! Doesn’t look much from the outside and could prob do with an external spruce up but don’t let this put you off.

Staff as always when we have visited are fantastic. Particular shout out to Matthew who we have seen working non stop the last couple of visits (always really helpful). Breakfast great, bedroom big with big comfy bed.

Did get some kids running up and down the corridor on our second night which was a little annoying at 11:00pm

The spa had everything that we needed and was available all day as well as the gym. The room comprised of 2 rooms and a very large bed, 2 TVs. The prices in the restaurant were good .

The cleanliness in the bathroom was not perfect ,but not too bad and we didn’t have much hand wash /shower gel. This did get topped up when we asked :)

The size of the room. We have a suite. The swimming pool although the Jacuzzi was not working that day. Decent breakfast included in the price.

The shower needs upgrading,it's difficult to control the temp of the water. The tap faulty too. .maybe just update the whole bathroom and everything will be perfect .

No shop within walking distance, could do with a lick of paint in some places, I was surprised there was no fridge in the suite room, on a industrial estate(which we knew about)

The food was of a good quality but the 2 staff needed more support. No plates, no bacon, tomato, no sausages, no coffee. They were unable to keep everything topped up.

Uncomfortable bed. Mattress huge dent in the right side making it very uncomfortable.

Large comfortable rooms. Excellent leisure facilities. Good breakfast

Some lights in the bedroom not working. One window did not open. Room not serviced on second morning. Hairdryers in pool changing rooms not working

A very clean hotel, helpful staff and an enjoyable experience. The restaurant was limited on numbers, but the food was very good with the staff always there to help. I enjoyed the pool with all the facilities such as the steam room working!

Limited spaces for dinner.
