Everything you could expect from a boutique hotel is here, I loved all the personal touches, handwritten notes and little bedtime treats that were served with the turndown service. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.

I can’t fault the hotel but it is close to a road and there can be some road noise if you are a light sleeper.

Small, very personal, wonderful staff, clean, great location, beautiful decor, excellent breakfast probably the best i’ve had in any hotel. Breakfast for one was more like for three people. Staff are very polite, hard working, happy and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. This was a last minute swap for us as our original hotel had very poor standards. We moved from Patong to Phuket Old town which is so much nicer

Only thing to be aware of is that it is situated on a busy road, which didn’t keep me awake. But it can be heard from the pool area. I unfortunately, some building work near by which again was only an issue whilst chilling at the pool area, but the hotel is not to be blamed for the building work noise.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Everything was thoughtfully and beautifully done. The architecture and design were impeccable, including the lighting. The level of detail was impressive and I found the atmosphere and service immensely relaxing. I took 2 books worth of images. It's a shame I can only add 4 here. Food? Locally sourced breakfast included and is Michelin guide level good. Also, very good coffee! Thanks to a wonderful staff as well and the beautiful koi who greeted me every day. I felt very well taken care of. A perfect last few days in Thailand. 🙏

Nothing. I was very, very happy there and so close to the Sunday Night Market, restaurants and cooking schools

The employees were extremely kind and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was stylishly furnished with a beautiful bathroom. The highlight of our experience was the breakfast—it was absolutely exceptional and probably the best food we had during our entire trip to Thailand.

It’s true that the room can get a bit noisier due to its proximity to the main road, but the noise is easily manageable and doesn’t disrupt sleep. On the plus side, the location is great—fantastic food in the Old Town is just a few minutes away!

What a little gem, compact but beautifully elegant, impeccably decorated and centrally located to walk to the town centre and several restaurants. Communication from the start excellent and offers of assistance most welcome. Staff outstanding on every level and happy to offer lots of assistance and suggestions. Wonderful little touches like handwritten notes on tomorrows weather accompanied by herbal evening tea and personalised breakfast menus. Room compact but well appointed with small seating area and lounge, comfortable bed & pillows. A little road noise, particularly motorbikes being located at the front of the property, not nothing a pair of ear plugs can't resolve. Breakfast sunroom lovely, small but perfectly proportioned swimming pool and simply stunning library/reading room overlooking the pool and Koi pond. Whilst using the common areas, the staff are very quick to bring out complimentary fresh water and/or coffee if desired. At the top end for room rates, but would highly recommend a stay, you won't be disappointed.

Nothing really, but make sure you bring your mosquito repellant!

This hotel is an example of what a boutique, luxury hotel can be. The attention to detail is beyond expectations. From the staff, so quiet - but always there. The constant (quiet to the point of, how did that get there?) deliveries of cold water, towels. The breakfast was exceptional, the coffee oustanding (and we live in Melbourne!). The building is an architectural digest dream, it's exquisite. The rooms are clean to the point of looking not lived in, the design is on the smaller side - but in a way that you never feel it. The amenities included are beyond generous, but honestly, it's all in the details - this hotel has nailed luxury service and deserves all of the accolades - well done.

One can't deny the road noise is there, but the positioning of the hotel has done it's best to alleviate and give the feeling of an oasis. It does seem a bit of noise comes through a grate above the door, that would be our only feedback. Mind you, every hotel has this issue in Phuket City - so don't let that not have you book here (this is clearly the best hotel in the area for boutique luxury).

Our stay at Hotel Verdigris was an amazing experience. The attention to detail from the staff and the management is visible in everything: the building is beautiful and exquisitely decorated, the pond and the pool are the perfect view from the room, the staff is always ready to help, the quality of the breakfast... We got late on the first night and they ordered food for us and served it to us at the dining room, they offered us free shuttle to the old town... Honestly, thank you so much to everyone at Hotel Verdigris, special mention to Milk, for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We travel with a wheelchair and they provided us with all the information we needed before making the reservation, arranged pick-up service and cared for us the whole of our stay. I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I go back to Phuket ❤️

The hotel was very clean, elegantly decorated with beautiful furniture and pictures, and well maintained. There was an elevator. The bed, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The shower was large. The room had a safe. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The staff performed their duties quietly and skillfully. Breakfast was freshly prepared for each guest and presented well. We were pleased with the variety of international and local dishes available for breakfast. The hotel is very close to the "old town" tourist area, just a short walk (two blocks / a few minutes).

Only minor issues that would not prevent us from returning. Occasionally, we could hear some traffic and the neighbor's dogs, but not too loudly and not late at night. We stayed in their "cheapest" room (twin beds), so the layout might be different in other rooms. There was a door for the toilet and shower room, but the bathroom sink area did not have a door to separate it from the bedroom. If one person was using the toilet, the door could not be opened to provide access to the shower. The shower could have had a larger shelf for soaps and bottles. These minor issues were not a problem for us.

Absolutely everything. The VerdiGris is classy, well decorated, comfortable and extra clean hotel. The staff is super helpful and they care great care of their guests tendering at every detail. Tong, hour night careperson was simply great providing tea and biscuits and being absolutely attentive to every need. Another absolutely great feature of the hotel is their choice of local breakfast- real local and very tasty thai food which has been one of the best we tried during our stay in Thailand.
