The Hotel is overall very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also spotless. The design in my room was also very nice, the soundproofing and blackout curtains are excellent. We went to the sake bar area one night and there was nothing bad to say about it, good service and drinks. The bar on the other side is also quite nice, there was a great DJ on Saturday night. From the cocktails, I enjoyed the old fashions!!.

We had dinner and took the tasting menu but to be honest, the food was ok but I found it quite pretentious and overpriced for the overall experience. On the bad side of things, seeing people snorting cocaine right on your face in the man's toilet was quite annoying. This happened a couple of times in plain sight, right on the sink while I was trying to wash my hands. Overall, I recommend the hotel but I would advise them to keep an eye on the people they let in. A lot of nightbirds (if you know what I mean) and old dudes showing off.

Famously unwelcoming European service in all its glory. To have to make too many calls to get anything, and every time they look surprised that you have the audacity to ask for anything. The reception girl in the breakfast restaurant always looked so angry and never returned a ‘good morning’ or even polite smile. The breakfast didn’t have healthy options and the restaurant team ignored us most of the time or didn’t get our orders right.

A very comfortable hotel room , spacious and the bed is a great size and very comfortable too. Good service at front of house as you would expect and very good breakfast. I think people can think Nobu and align it just with the restaurant and think it's very expensive but actually good value for money for a high end hotel room.

Most things really good. Wifi could be a little better as its drops out sometimes but thats not major. Obviously Nobu restaurant is expensive and it's the only food and beverage option on site but clearly its exceptional quality and a treat to eat there.

Exemption staff , delicious breakfast and lunch. Attention to details and willingness to work with the guest. Very happy to see international crew with different nationalities on the board! Well done I also would like to prise the SPA, the facial treatment I had was wonderful and the lady’s knowledgeable was impressive and helpful - highly recommend.

Cocktail and wine menu should be improved. Whereas cocktails are an individual taste and some of them had a good thought behind, the wine menu could be driven by smaller producers and offer more of a variety of choice.

We booked for a premuim room and love the experience! The attention to details in design but also room equipment is unparalleled. From yoga mat through Phone charger, vinyl player and a loud speaker, one feels spoiled!

We would appreciate more responsiveness and better breakfast service. Food was good but staff would forget our order and you had the impression they walk around the restaurant without looking at people in order not to be „bothered”, yet the concept is heavily based on their service. Self service or better staff would make the full experience perfect.

My first time in a Nobu hotel, I was really reluctant to book with them but I really don't regret it. Sublime hotel, superb room, modern as I like. I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect. I recommend having a cocktail at SakeBar, too bad it's so empty, that bar deserves much better! Breakfast 7/10

Huge amateur of Japanese cuisine. Visiting all Nobu restaurants around the world. I find the quality of the food declining compared to my humble experiences and compared to their direct competitors.

The room I stayed in was a haven of comfort, boasting modern amenities and plush furnishings that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the NOBU restaurant, where each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The restaurant's ambiance was equally impressive, with sleek design elements and a vibrant atmosphere that enhanced the overall dining experience. However, while the food and ambiance were exceptional, I must address a minor issue with the restaurant manager. While the waitstaff excelled in their service, there were moments of inconsistency in the manager's oversight, which slightly detracted from an otherwise flawless dining experience. Despite this minor hiccup, my overall impression of NOBU remains overwhelmingly positive. The king size bed and the bathroom very comfortable. The room was great and fun. Really nice the mirrors in front of the shower.

The Smell on the floor. When you reach your floor you have the feeling you can still smell the restaurant's fumes. From this kind of hotel you would expect a different attention on such important detail and then the atmosphere that was very dark, silent and depressed. The hotel was great but honestly I felt a little bit cold.

The hotel is lovely, we had a great time. Unfortunately, we also wanted to use more things that the hotel offers such as spa or breakfast/dinner, but after a short check we found that the prices are significantly more expensive. For example, an excellent breakfast we ate at the hotel cost us 140 zlotys per person - while three minutes' walk from the hotel you can get an excellent breakfast at a price of 80 zlotys per person including everything. We wanted to go to the spa for a massage, but in a short inquiry we were told that the price for a basic one hour massage would cost about 400 zlotys per person, in a brief inquiry we found more than one place that offered a one and a half hour massage at a price of 300 zlotys per person. I am in favor of the consumption of quality services, but in my opinion in this case the cost was excessive.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are clean and the design is great. The employees are kind, the location is great.
