Good value for money. Large varied menu to pick from. Really nice breakfast. Good location

The beds and pillows were very hard. We had to check out at 6am to get our next flight to our next location but no one was on reception it was closed. so we had to leave a note with the key behind the desk for them…

Pool is good and can still use when divers are in class. Rooms have a nice balcony and are a decent size. Staff were helpful when booking onward travel and transfer from the pier is helpful too. Very good location not a far walk from main restaurant/beach/shop area.

Problem with the room when we first arrived but was fixed quickly. Bathrooms do also smell slightly but not as bad as some of these reviews are making out! For a no AC room it does seem expensive and they were very very hot!! Would recommend getting a room with AC but this would have made it too expensive for us.

Big asterisk with this rating: there are 2 buildings, 1 is by a road with constant motorbike and muay thai gym noise and the other is not. We were originally in the noisy one and after one night of pretty disrupted sleep I asked to move which the staff accommodated straight away. The other block (which probably has 70% of the rooms) was much much better and had a nicer bathroom (shower separated from toilet area). So for the 2nd room, I thought it was great value - nice room, aircon, balcony, quiet, clean. Nice pool, probably wouldn't want to spend all day on the loungers as they're not the comfiest but fine for a while. Great location with lots of restaurants within 2 mins walk and a 5 min walk to the beach past a 7eleven. The hotel also rents snorkels, scooters, and I think it has a travel agent. Would deffo recommend the room we ended up with, but I'd be annoyed if I had to stay in the first one. Deep sleepers may not mind.

Noisy first room before we switched

Everything, great price for the location and the hotel. Pool was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and lovely balconies. Had an issue with the first room and they changed it for us no problem, staff very helpful. We had 3 nights booked and extended it for 5.

Only downside was no A/C room was quite stuffy but you can pay extra for A/C but we were on a budget so we just went with the room with a fan which did the job. Insects everywhere around the property but not the properties fault as it’s located near trees/bushes etc but you wouldn’t notice too much.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff are lovely, good breakfast, comfortable bed (firm, but that’s the Thai way). Brand new scooters available for rent on site. Loved the location. An easy walk to fantastic restaurants and to the beach but just far enough away from the noisy bars. Very quiet at night. Heads up - there is no dive shop on site. There are plenty to choose from in town though. Do your research before you get here - the choice is overwhelming. We extended our stay here (twice!). We would definitely come here again

Great value property, initially we stayed in a room with no AC, but upgraded pretty soon. Very comfy beds, nice balcony/seating area. Cheap breakfast option. Free transfer to the ferry. Nice location.

Pool is used by a lot of diving schools, so sometimes out of action. Hotel is generally very quiet, but there is a boxing gym across the road which can be a bit noisy.

The staff was the best and amazing and the service was excellent, room was clean and the whole place was awsome and lovely and will definitely be going back there again. And also very child friendly place. We rented a motorbike so it made the moving a bit faster but the Sairee beach was really near, with walking distance.. few really good food places just next to the resort. I recommend for everyone!

The tobacco smoke/pot smoke came inside the room once in a while if neighbors smoked at their balcony..

When we booked Koh Tao everything was full and only option we could find in our budget was Asia Divers Resort. Well, it didn’t disappoint. Right from picking us up from the pier to the check out everything was perfect. Rooms were clean. Location was great. Owner was super helpful. She helped us book last moment ferry tickets and we also booked our snorkeling tour via them. Everything was nice here.

Bathroom had some drainage issues but it wasn’t bad

Easy access to roads and within walking distance of shops and resteraunts. The resort did bike rental for 250 baht a day which worked well and made it easy to get transportation on a trusty scooter. The resort was clean and no issues for us. We decided to stay for an additional 2 nights due to convenience.

The water went off a few times (luckily no longer than an hour), which didn't impact us too much.

Chose a room with AC and hot shower - would recommend this! We had AC and a ceiling fan. Lovely little balcony in the room. Staff were friendly. Pool was good only 1 day that there was people using it for diving skills. Fresh bottles of water given daily. We chose to stay an extra night. Great location 10 minute walk to Sairee Beach and the little town with restaurants and shops is on the doorstep.Quite steep steps up to 1st floor, if you have any difficulty I'd recommend asking for a ground floor room.
