Very good price for value, Pool is great, balconies are nice to have, the room is very spacious

The Location is generally okay, but the last few minutes of the way up can bei a bit scary If you're travelling solo

The staff were amazing, I was ill during my trip and they were happy to bring me water, loo roll, clean towels etc. they were also really great about taking me to the medical clinic and waiting for me and ensuring at the end of my stay I got to the ferry ok. The hotel has lovely spacious rooms, comfy beds, it is kept very clean and the pool looks lovely, location is great, walkable into town but far enough away to be peaceful.

Only recommendation would be to get some more food available on site.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean. Location is a bit of a hike but it means the place is quiet. My wifi didn't work in my first room so the hotel manager found another room for me. All the staff helped me repack and move my things to the new room. I stayed there for 3 weeks and really felt comfortable.

Location is a but far but that's the trade off for peace and quiet, and it's worth it. I had an e-bike so it wasn't too bad. I also wish they would clean the room everyday or at least empty the trash rather than having to ask for it. I also wish there was more storage like drawers or shelves. I stayed there for 3 weeks and it would have been nice if I could organize my things better.

Very big swimming pool with deck chairs . 15 min walk to the beach . Really quiet at night. They do scooter rentals and also taxi which was much cheaper than in sairee beach . They coming to pick you up from the pier free of charge and also bring you back free of charge if you buy the tickets with them. ( otherwise it s 100baht per person to the pier ) .room was spacious and clean with a balcony . Would stay there again

The towels provided were a bit on their last legs and a bit damp smelling. The bathroom could do with a little upgrade and the beds were a little hard at first but we got use to it.

Aiya exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel offered free pick-up and drop off at the ferry which was incredible. They had the cleanest pool that I have seen in all of my 4 months of travel around Asia. The rooms were clean, well equipped and the balcony was a major plus. The location is about a 5 min walk from a very busy area with lots of restaurants and bars. This was nice because we were close, but not close enough to hear any noise at night. The value for money here is unbeatable.

We booked two rooms for our family and loved staying here for 5 nights. The top floor balcony’s have lovely views with palm trees in the background. The pool was great for a quick swim and you could use it whenever you wanted. Rooms are large, comfortable and the AC is cold if you need it to be. Each room had a fridge and safe. There is no restaurant at the resort but there are plenty of good options a few minutes walk down the hill. Happy Place on the corner opposite Asia Divers did great breakfast. We liked being a little bit back from the main drag of the beach (5-8 minutes walk) and there was easy parking if you rent a scooter. The resort can organise transport and excursions if you want them. Staff were friendly.

Nice pool, good location within walking distance of the beach but far enough away to have no noise at night. The manager was very friendly and was always happy to help, including driving us to a restaurant himself one evening. Rooms were very clean, shower was hot and AC was cold.

There were a few maintenance issues: the towel rail was hanging off the wall, safe didn’t work and the tap in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the sink. Door locks were not very secure, but we weren’t overly concerned about anyone breaking in.

Really nice, spacious & comfortable room. The location was great, 2 minute walk down to the busy part (bars restaurants shops etc) and far away enough so that you’re not disturbed by noise. We were able to hire bikes and use snorkelling gear from the hotel.

We stayed here for a week and most days when our towels were changed they were stained. This was the only issue we had with the cleanliness/facilities. Staff weren’t the most attentive. We asked the guy to book us a taxi for the morning we were leaving at 6am, he assured us that he would book it and in the morning no taxi arrived and we couldn’t find the guy. Had lots of stress trying to find another taxi and nearly missed our ferry off the island. Other than this issue everything about our stay was positive and we enjoyed it.

The swimming pool was very nice and the staff were very friendly with us. They pick us up at the pier and let us leave our bags there for the night boat and they let us stay few hours more in the room. The room was clean and we had a big balcony. You can book tours and sleeping boats there. They have tv with Netflix at the room.

The WiFi was terrible, not connection at all. So if you depend of the WiFi to work, maybe it’s gonna be good for you. And they don’t have restaurants so no breakfast, to eat you have to walk to the close restaurants.

The staff at reception were great and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the pool was great too. Good location with food, laundry and beach within walking distance. Good value for money & they can help with any tours or transfers.

The pier pickup was a bit chaotic and we had to wait an hour before getting taken to the hotel (it was free though). Although the room itself was great, the bathroom could do with a bit of a touch up and when we got our room cleaned the fresh towels still smelled. Both the room towels and pool towels had stains on and smelled a bit but apart from that everything else was clean. The area is generally quiet although we were woken up a few times by noisy neighbours as the walls were quite thin. No lift aswell which might be a problem if you have mobility issues. But these didn’t really ruin our stay they were very minor things and we loved our time at Aiya!
