I liked the comfortable bed and self catering facilities also the television and very nice bathroom. The room was very clean also the kitchen supplied with a microwave and cooking hobs.It great i could make my own food .cups, plates and cutlery were all applied . There a good bus connection to Aldi and Lidl. There was a lovely view of the mountains and great scenery .The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit small but very compact.The loxation was a bit awkward..I didn't realise it was located up a hill. It wasn't easy to find in pouring rain. A car would be best for this location.

On arrival in Annecy, we decided to walk to the hotel, completely unaware that it was uphill. Our fault as the address given was haute Annecy. We should have realised. However helpful staff pointed us in the direction of the bus stop which was a short walk away. Maybe there should be something in the info about this prior to booking. Also, considering we were so high up we did not have a view

Easy enough to find, good secure parking options, easy instructions for the bus to go to the town centre, friendly and helpful staff, great to have early check in option. Kitchen neat and well-functioning, apart from nowhere to put the wet dishes - had to be dried straight away. Bathroom very nice

Even though the location was not very central, we still didn't get free parking at the property.

This was a comfortable place to stay. The suite had a mini kitchen and dishwasher (cutest thing ever). There is a Landry room on site and it was easy but bring your own soap. The breakfast was a great value and also delicious- lots of options. Staff on site are very helpful. It is a bit away from downtown/ old town. The walk was about 20-30mins. There are buses those in the area. The of this hotel is residential, there a supermarket and restaurants up the hill about 10mins.

Distance to downtown. The room was very hot and we had to rent a fan from the front desk. It didn’t do much to cool the room but it help a little for sleeping.

Nice, clean and with easy parking in safe parking facility. We came late, later than latest chcekin time. But I called ahead and front desk provided a detailed description of how I could check in and get access to parking. Seven minutes drive from Annecy old town. Stayed just for one night so no further impressions.

The cleaning and silence of the room.

The WiFi was not working the second day on the afternoon and it doesn't work anymore. Due there's nobody on reception since 7 p.m. we couldn't did anything. We had breakfast for the first day and we paid for it at the moment of check-in, on the second day we did not take the breakfast in the hotel, but the receptionist when we left he wanted to charge for it, it was disgusting and annoying.

Bed Was very comfortable , with a table in the room to work should you needed. The room was a little tight to manover around the bathroom door and bedside, but very manageable. The kitchenette was great with all needed amenities. There was safe parking on the property and was close to the lake and grocery store. It met all our needs on our vacation.

Easy check in and check out. Reception staff courteous and polite! A well equipped studio for 1 night which was calm, spotless and comfortable. You need a car to get to this Residence unfortunately and can be stuck in traffic to get to it otherwise I highly recommend staying here if you want a little kitchen.

The hotel is on a hill and not really reachable with public transport - you need to rent car; otherwise it is 40 min walking from city center
