Very pleasant sitting area on the first floor and our room was welcoming and comfortable. Portable air conditioner worked well. The furnishings were in character with the property, and the bed and linens were lovely. Our bathroom had a huge spa tub which was well maintained. The breakfasts were delicious. There is a really nice outdoor terrace which is in process of being added to. It will be even cuter.

We really liked staying here and would stay again. For those sensitive to sound, this property is near a busy intersection.

We loved the staff, Karen and Christian were a joy to be around: both welcoming, pleasant and polite. The food was exactly as advertised: fresh, homemade and absolutely delicious!! Beau is a well mannered, sweet dog; we enjoyed petting him.

The common area was very comfortable and the fireside reception was nice and toasty. The Ella room was chilly. The blanket was a summer weight. A velour blanket for winter might help knock off the chill. Shower door doesn’t always close firmly. Needs a good deep cleaning, including windows and blinds.

Breakfast was great, as good as any restaurant. Staff was cheerful and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stairs to 2nd floor were a little steep, but was expected as this is an old house that had been renovated. Shelf space in bathroom was a little tight, but again this is an old home that has been renovated. Room was still very comfortable.

I chose this B & B because of its name. Well, partially because Cinnamon Bear Creekside Inn sounded adorable, partially because online reviews raved about ”wonderful”, “excellent”, “amazing” breakfasts. As soon as we arrived we were offered a seat by the fireplace with a glass of local wine, something to eat, and an Alaskan malamute to cuddle. And yes, the breakfast lived up to the hype. Excellently prepared breakfast with wonderful bacon, fresh fruit and juice. The aroma coming out of the kitchen was enough to make me ravenous. The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Evening snack we’re a nice touch. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. They had a great dog too.

The only thing that stood out was they use paper filters when they brew their coffee and I could really tell the aftertaste it leaves behind. They used good coffee but it was overshadowed by the paper. Sorry, I live for morning coffee and a half cup was enough for me. Please a fine gold screen will fix you right up. I had to go just down the road a bit to Cafe Scooteria for my coffee fix. Quite a bit of traffic noise though, particularly in the early morning, but manageable.

Had one night stay here lovely helpful staff and lots of added extras, cooked breakfast, wine and cheese and snacks in the evening. We walked to Sonoma Plaza 15-20 minutes however most people had cars which would have been easier especially if wine touring. Very quiet and spacious lounge and dining area if you wanted to mingle

Loved Karen and Larry! They made it a very comfortable stay and we felt like we were family. The breakfast is amazing too.

It was not made clear that the hashbrowns were made with cream of chicken and therefore not vegetarian (even though they left the ham off the benedicts).

Lack of early coffee was a problem as the body clock was out after a long flight with no facility to make a drink earlier than 7.30am just a minor thing but had to head to Starbucks who opened at 6!

The staff was terrific. They were happy to provide information, as well as wine hour treats and breakfast. It as reasonable and walking distance to the plaza.

The room we stayed in could be fixed up a bit. Small things, but it made a difference, such as holes in the window screens.

The breakfasts were wonderful! Karen is a great cook, and happily explained everything she did in the kitchen.

The first night was a little noisy until around 10pm due to traffic outside, but the next night was fine (weekend). I wonder if the noise came in a little from the crack in the window. But the bed was comfortable, the food was great (so sorry to miss out both days on the wine/cheese), we were treated very well, and the dog Bo was wonderful.
