Centrally located within walking distance or a short bus ride to Interlaken train station. Building and furnishing were outdated but clean and serviceable. Large room next to lobby has microwaves and tables for quick meals since it's outrageously expensive to eat at restaurants in this area. As a bonus, paper plates, bowls, utensils and napkins are provided. The full breakfast has generous offerings. I really appreciated help from the receptionist to urgently print a personal document.

The carpet and furniture was worn out in public areas. Gradual updates over time can make the place look more cheerful.

Good location in the center, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, a large supermarket across the road. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Breakfast starts at 7 am, which is very convenient considering that you need to get to so many places in a day.

The hotel room is in need of renovation for a long time. The floors are creaking, the walls are covered in black stains, either from shoes, or from some kind of paint... But the worst thing is that there were no sockets near the bed. There were hardly any of them in the room at all. One by the front door, the phone can be left dangling because there is nowhere to put it, and one socket near the table, which I never managed to fully insert the adapter into. Fortunately, this was enough to somehow charge the phone. There is no shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom.

I stayed at the hotel because I participated in the Jungfrau Marathon. The location is very close to the start, which was my top priority. The breakfast was moved from 7 to 6 to accommodate the runners that I liked too. I was surprised to have a silent fridge.

The room was small, and the fridge in it made the room hot. Opening the room window an hour or two before sleep did the job for me. You can't sleep with open windows, because it's a bit noisy. You can't hear outside noise with closed windows though.

I recently stayed at Hotel Weisses Kreuz in Interlaken and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Interlaken West station, with a tram stop right outside the front door. This made it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The proximity to various restaurants and a supermarket was a huge plus – I never had to worry about finding a place to eat or grabbing essentials. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of storing luggage after checkout, which allowed me to enjoy my last day in Interlaken unencumbered. My nights at Hotel Weisses Kreuz were comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit to Interlaken.

We family of three stayed here from 15/08/2023 to 22/08/2023. We had booked Triple Room. LOCATION : Bahnhofstrasse - Höheweg street, The main Street having all branded swiss watch Shops etc. 5 - 7 minutes walk from Interlaken West Railway Station and 15 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost Railway Station. 5 minutes walk to Casino and Statue of Mr. Yash Chopra. Halder Klum 7 minutes walk, Paragliding landing ground just stone throw away. CHECK IN : Very Smooth, but room allotted only at check in Time, have to pay for early check in. At front Reception Desk MR. VLADIMIR is a very nice, gentle and helpful person. ROOM: Room was Clean and size is good. Initially had Room on 3rd floor without any view, requested for good room with view of Mountain or Street. Shifted to Room on Mazanine floor having Street view, but realised what a grave mistake I did. Rooms at 3rd floor are newly done with a good big bathroom with a big shower area(no tub). This Room just above the street had a tub but made the bathroom very claustrophobic. At Night lot of noise of People, Tourist walking and taking, Vehicle Passing and there is A resturant just below the Hotel and so People dinning there are too noisy. Also For Luggage this room at Mazanine is totally useless as lift stops on 1st floor reception level and 2nd floor, so you have to Drag your luggage one floor down or Carry one floor Up. Never Take Room with Street view and at Mazanine floor. Hotel has a seperate Room where they have a water dispenser , Instant tea - coffee, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Disposable Plates, Bowl, Spoons and forks. It opens 6Am till 10 Pm. There is a room where Luggage is stored and also have provision of Iron with Iron Board. BREAKFAST: Decent Breakfast spread, best is Three main preparation of Vegetarian Dish and rest standard continental English spreads. Breakfast Supervisors are wonderful, Amazing, friendly and helpful people, namely MR. VICTOR & MR. IOANIS (FROM GRETA GREECE).

Rooms at Mazanine Floors having Street view, it's just above the street full with noise disturbance. Iron not provided in the room.

Excellent location, near the interlaken west station, also a bus stop was right infront of the hotel to go anywhere in interlaken. Bus fare was free in interlaken for the duration of the stay. Hotel service was really nice, everyday cleaning service was done. All necessary ammenities were available from toothpaste to comb, even an umbrella which was really handy. there was also a mini fridge, with 2 bottles of water everyday. Beds were also comfy, room was spacious. Overall we enjoyed the stay and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I came to the hotel around 8am to leave my stuffs although check-in starts around 3pm I also asked if they could already gave the interlaken guest card so that i could take advantage of the benefits and yes they gave it to me I thought I'm gonna received it during check-in in the afternoon. The Check in went smoothly and they reminded me that my accomodation comes with breakfast, which I totally forgot. In the room there's a mini fridge and it was the best thing ever, also 500 ml bottle water, shampoo, soap,hair dryer, room slippers and safe box and other stuffs were provided and 1 small piece of mini dark Tobleron. The location is superb bus stop is just few steps away from the hotel, there is a grocery store and tons of Restaurants and shops nearby. Interlaken West station is maybe between 5-8 mins walk and Interlaken Ost station is 15-18 mins. The staffs are so far nice and approachable. Although the location of the Hotel was beside the road it was really quiet. My stay was overall comfy and somewhat homelike.

There's nothing i can thinked of really. Maybe because I didn't think of any expectations that I would experience in the Hotel.

Staff are friendly and helpful, great location, about 5 minutes walk to Interlaken West station and 15 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost station. Close to everything. The room is spacious and very clean. I had a hot bath which helped to release my muscle tension from walking and exercise. Breakfast was great and there was variety.

The fan in the bathroom run all night even when we turn off the light. Sometimes it run too loud and we need to close the bathroom door. It was ok after that.

The location was excellent and an easy flat walk from the Interlaken West train station. There was a lift which was great with luggage. Our room was spacious and had some great extras like slippers and comprehensive toiletries (toothbrushes, sewing kits, combs etc), a small bar fridge and fan (no aircon like a lot of European hotels we have stayed in) plus double glazed windows. The receptionist was also very helpful with tour suggestions.

The shower over the bath was abit tricky as you couldn’t have any pressure otherwise it would spray water everywhere (this was due to the placement of the shower). There was signage warning about water damage so this may be an ongoing issue?

Location -Right in the center of Interlaken City, 1min walk to bus stop to Interlaken ost train station( and free bus tickets for your whole trip and few other offers or discounts for tours) Many restaurants with different cuisine around The room is clean , just like in the picture and whatever toiletries are mentioned in the list is available. During summer they provide fans which was great. They have excellent safety standards in place except bathtub

Breakfast is simple and maybe we found it the same for all 7 days as we stayed in Zurich 4 nights and they had the same breakfast so we didn't go for breakfast after day 1 of our stay. Bathtubs don't come with shower curtains but have a glass door half so every time you shower the water is on the floor ,So you have to be very careful with regards to safety (had a fall ). (Maybe the can fit a sliding glass door throughout or at least a curtain) Pillows are too soft so didn't use them either.
