Breakfast choices were comprehensive, everything chosen was cooked fresh at the requested time and was of the highest quality and served hot where required. Room had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay including en-suite facilities and free room refreshments. Bed quality is also of the highest standard and provides for either single or double use. All the linen and pillows were very suitable for a comfortable nights rest.

its difficult to think of anything that we didn't like as everything we required is provided as standard but I'm sure our hosts would be more than accommodating if something additional was needed. this was our 3rd visit to the Old Mill B&B and every visit has been very pleasant and enjoyable the hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Nice, homely feeling b&b. We had a spacious room with a small private terrace, which unfortunately the weather prevented us from making use of. Good use of space in room provides ample seating for watching tv, a good sized well appointed bathroom and a king sized bed. B&b rooms are separated from rest of house and have their own entrance, which is good if you don't want to feel you are staying in someone else's home. Host was very friendly without being obtrusive and provided tasty cooked breakfasts. Located in a pretty-ish village with nice local pub providing good food within walking distance. Good access to local A roads for surrounding towns and amenities. Final plus - they have alpacas - which is always good!

Only real complaint, and this applies to every b&b and hotel that I've ever stayed in in the uk,. Why do they always have winter weight duvets on the bed - even in the height of summer?

The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning after ordering the evening before. The room was a good size with twin beds ensuite and facilities as expected. Brew making area and fresh milk along with some toiletries provided. A good window of times for the breakfast and in the entrance hallway the chance to top up with more brew items, fresh milk in the breakfast room fridge available and more toiletries items if needed. Friendly owner with a meet and greet on arrival and a chat at breakfast. Payment taken at the end of the stay. Thanks.

I had no complaints during my stay and it was suitable with my 15 year old teenage son who enjoyed his stay in a lovely old Mill building.

The location was perfect for visiting the tank museum and other local sites. The room was very comfortable, very clean and perfect for our needs. It was lovely and warm on a chilly February weekend. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with vegetarians catered for. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others.

There was nothing we didn't like except I couldn't get any phone signal or WiFi, which was not the fault of the host.

Everything was excellent from the spacious room, nice and clean, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, the hosts were very nice and welcoming and chatted to all the guests. Meeting the alpacas up close was a nice experience, highly recommend, would definitely stay again

The location - little piece of heaven. The hosts David and Lorna, could not be more welcoming and the breakfasts are delicious The rooms are delightful - we had a slight leak in the bathroom, which was repaired quickly and with no fuss. Overall this place is very special to us and I would highly recommend.

Having to leave and come back home !! It's hard to find fault with somewhere you genuinely enjoy the calm and stillness that it radiates and look forward to coming back to.

It was similar to staying with friends, David and Lorna really tried, successfully, to look after us. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom facilities were very satisfactory. Parking was excellent, there were 6 cars parked with no inconvenience to anyone. The real bonus was a quality full English breakfast. Remember to take a handful of dandelion flowers to feed the Alpacas, a novelty rarely experienced.

It was set in a very pretty location with chickens and alpacas. Ideally situated for where we wanted to visit Home from home! Hosts were superb! Room was wonderful and very spacious Breakfasts awesome! Would definitely recommend the Old Mill to anyone for a long or short visit.

What a gem of a find! A fabulous Bed and Breakfast in the perfect location for our visit to Monkey World which was less than 15 mins away by car. David and Laura were welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with eggs fresh from their chickens. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and very clean. To top it off there were alpacas and a friendly dog to pet. What more could you want? We will be back.

We liked everything. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The room was beautifully furnished and the beds the most comfortable I have slept in. Breakfast was delicious.
