The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and professional . All areas of the hotel were immaculate. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, something for everyone. A seriously varied menu with an abundance of choice. Pool area was nice and relaxed, sunbeds and occasional seating always available, both in full sun or shade. Great pool bar, manned by excellent staff. Drinks were competitively priced and we never had to wait to be served. Reception staff were attentive and welcoming, resolving minor issues with immediate response. Cleaning staff were friendly and thorough, rooms serviced 5 days a week. The location was perfect to access local bars, restaurants and the beach. Would we stay again? Definitely but certainly not in a room with a pool view.

Our room (603) was spotless and relatively well equipped but we were in a dreadful position. I'm guessing the worst possible position in the whole hotel. It was dark and never saw the sun. Can't blame the hotel for this as they need to sell all of the rooms. Pool was absolutely freezing cold and uninviting. It really does need to be heated

All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of items. The cleaning staff are very efficient. The location is convenient for beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus and taxi stops. There is a promenade running along past various beaches and it is suitable for all mobilities and has lovely views. Bars, restaurants and shops on other side of the road. A very low-key strip with reasonably priced meals available. The area has local people living there and is not just a tourist resort.

The roof-top pool is very small. Room could feel too warm even with air-con on but I found it was better to open the patio doors instead in the evening once it was cooler outside.

Staff were very helpful, warm and friendly. FANTASTIC buffet breakfast laid out every morning. Location is very central with bars, restaurants, beach within a few minutes walk. Supermarket round the corner and bus stops right opposite the hotel. Good wi-fi and shower. Cleaning service provided every couple of days.

Lighting in the apartment rather poor - especially over the kitchen area which was too dark. The décor is looking a bit tired and needs refreshing. At present the local municipal is undertaking major works outside the hotel which causes a lot of noise - particularly if your room is at a lower level and facing out to the street. So best to ask for a room towards the top of the hotel.

The view iis amazing, the apartment is big and has all needed amenities. The location is very convenient, just in the middle between the south and the north of the island, so just enough tourists to feel like on vacation but not too crowded. The breakfast is very rich, it has everything one can imagine, including vegan options. It is a great place and we recommend it, we definitely will come back.

The swimming pool and gym close at 19h00 which is a bit too early for me. The interior is a bit different than the pictures shown, a bit older, but acceptable. The air-conditioning seemed to be an older system which waits for the temperature to rise and then cools down to a lower temperature than the one asked, so sleeping was a bit difficult.

Excellent location, close to local amenities, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop. Room was large and spacious, great Aircon, well equipped kitchenette. Pool area was clean, comfortable and very quiet during my stay in Sept. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

No freezer compartment in the fridge, no hairdryer in the room but you can get one from reception for a small fee. Room a little tired, could do with a facelift, but was spotlessly clean.

Room was big and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was clean. The pool bar had decent prices and good drinks. Didn’t try the food. We enjoyed the lounges. The breakfast that is included was really diverse, there were different items every day and it was delicious.

The pool is kinda old, could use a refresh. There is a 10 euro refundable charge for a hair dryer. Kinda inconvenient if you don’t carry a lot of cash. A couple of days in we noticed bugs in the kitchen. We honestly should’ve told them downstairs, but we were only there to sleep, out and about every day. Also, there’s no assigned parking, so you have to find it down the street. One day it took us a long time to find an open parking spot. They are clear about that in the listing though and when we made our reservation we weren’t supposed to have a car, so that’s on us.

The location of the hotel and views from the sea view rooms were fantastic. We had a problem with the air conditioning but the maintenance team came and solved the problem within the hour which was great. Kitchen and bathroom areas lovely and clean, plenty of storage space and comfortable sofa and beds. Perfect for a short or long stay. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans so easy enough to make pasta dishes etc. The pool area/bar was great with plenty of space and offerings of drinks and snacks, which were very reasonably priced too! Staff were very friendly throughout the hotel and always greeted us/made us feel welcome in passing, which went a long way. The included breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foods with plenty of options.

The hotel room didn’t come with an iron or a hairdryer which is fine, as they could be borrowed for a small deposit from reception. It would be nice if tea and coffee were included in the rooms as there was a kettle/coffee maker in there, but nothing to put in them/make drinks with. Finally, other than the bar (open between 12:30 and 17:30) there was nowhere within the hotel to purchase bottles of water from. Maybe a vending machine or something similar could be an improvement.

A hotel that offers accommodation in apartments at a fair price, lower price than in Romania and we are talking about an exotic island. It is not an ultra luxurious hotel, it can be seen that it is a few years old since it was built, but this was not something that bothered us, on the contrary, the apartments are large and spacious, the view of the ocean is superb (La Gomera island can be seen in the distance), they have air conditioning, the terrace is quite large and has a table with chairs, and the decor was beautiful. Score 10 for the breakfast which was exceptional because every day you saw several new dishes and you could not get bored.

After we used the air conditioner, some drops of water started to flow under it, but this was not such a big impediment

Well located hotel. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It had high occupancy but remained quiet and peaceful throughout our eight day stay.

Our room, and I suspect others, was in need of a refresh. Housekeeping worked to a high standard and it was well provisioned but items such as the couch and fittings were old & marked and needed replaced. It was tired and needs some money spent on which is easy to say but perhaps not so easy to do. Comfortable nonetheless and wouldn't put us off revisiting.

We really liked the location and great breakfast. Room was clean and with a beautiful view of the ocean and La Gomera. There is a handy kitchenett with basic equipment so you can cook and prepare dinner if you want to. There are plenty if restaurants very close and the beach in the city is better than those in Las Americas and around.

We were surprised, that if you wanted towel at the pool, there was a deposit of 20€ and 5€/day for one towel. That is quite a lot for a towel, which is usualy in other hotels for free. The barman at the pool bar didn't allow us to have our own bottle of coke to have with us as it was against rules, but then he didn't mind other people to play music on speakers which was also against the rules. Also the pool would need bit more care.
