Good location, in quiet street. Hotel is modern,a good size-not too big and rooms are really spacious; although fairly basic were nice and clean with very comfortable beds. We found the rooms to be nice and quiet. It was good there was a fridge in the room and a kettle which we appreciated even though we were AI, often prefer to have tea and coffee in the room. This is a good standard 3 star hotel. Staff are lovely and very helpful apart from only two we encountered, but you can get that anywhere. The hotel put on an amazing Hogmany party with great entertainment and fabulous band who we had heard there earlier in the week, which both my partner and I really enjoyed-thank you.

Reasonable choice in buffet and always something to have, but food was Luke warm at best and needs to be kept hot. The ridiculous €1 deposit for a plastic drinking tumbler to be reused and carry about is annoying. This is supposed to be an eco measure which I appreciate, however these should be replaced and offer of different type of glass, eg wine glass, not everyone wants to drink wine from a beaker.It seems more to ensure guests order one drink at a time and return tumblers to bar to save tables being cleared and tumblers being washed frequently, not sure how hygienic that actually is.

Great location! Few minutes away from playa de la arena beach (black volcanic sand thats soft) Great value for money would be an understatement! We went all inclusive for €70pp/day Id say thats more then a bargain for 3 meals, 2 snacks and reusable cups for local drinks. Food is above decent for 3 stars, everything we tried was tasty. Staff is amazing and I wasn't expecting entertainment in the evenings so here is a shoutout to Ruben who's bingo and karaoke nights wwere so fun that the second left us voiceless and to Brian who made us some lovely Brian's signature cocktails. Reception staff was more then amusing and welcoming so Id like to thank them too for the birthday lollies I found in our room when we checked in.

Certainly not as advertised and not a 4 star hotel but a nice stay and very big room with big balcony. Also good wifi, location, pool and sun terrace

We had breakfasts and dinners and was delicious, There were various kinds of vegetables, fruits, fish, side dishes, and more and more, good drinks, and coffee to choose from, pleasant staff, nothing was missing.

The only thing that bothered me was the two beds pushed together instead of one double bed, so they kept moving apart. Also, the restricted times when the pool and gym were open, but that's probably the case everywhere. Every day was a challenge to find a parking spot.

Loud evenings heard from Los Gigantes Hotel. The night ceremonies were loudly heard from Los Gigantes hotel. Luckily not every evening. But Los Gigantes Hotel should respect other hotel's silence and not shout to the microphone (they call it as a party???) the whole night from their terrace.

For this price category it was a really good hotel to stay in. I was a bit afraid to book here, because of lots of bad reviews, especially regarding the food, but to my surprise the food was really good, even my very picky fiancé liked it (except for one dinner). Of course, do not expect caviar, but we were satisfied with the food options we had. The room was OK, it has a loving room, a bedroom a bathroom, we even had 2 airconditonings and I really liked the balcony. The beds are really good!!! Usually hotels and holiday parks have soft beds, which I don’t like, but these are hard matrasses and really comfortable to sleep on. The staff was friendly, we even got 2 free drinks :) I work in the travel industry myself, but my opinion is, that it is a really good choice if you want to do daytrips and are looking for a place to eat breakfast, dinner and sleep. We did not try the swimming pool and other facilities, as we went to Tenerife to see the island itself, so we usually left early in the morning and came back at dinner time.

The only thing that we did not like, that there was only one plug at each side of the bed, where the lamps were already plugged in. When we plugged out the lamps, there was no light at all in the bedroom.

Hola! This was my 2nd time at this hotel. Upon arrival the man at the front desk recognized me immediately,- though it was almost four years ago since my last visit. And he (Hose) assigned me my "favourite room" as well..!! Evening entertainment used to be better, but Nasko sure did his best arranging different events. Oh yeah,- I'll be back! :o)

Breakfast was ok, but lunch and dinner were more or less the same every day. More variation here would be most appreciated,- e.g. some days with certain themes like "Taco Friday", "Italian Saturday", "Chinese Monday" etc. etc. That said,- most of the staff in the restaurant were always in a good mood and very service-minded.

Was worried about the food due to previous reviews but I found the food to be totally exceptable given the price paid. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean. Our room was great ( we paid extra €10 per night for sea view which was worth every cent!) All inclusive drinks were great and the use of Eco cups ( deposit of €1) was a brilliant idea as not only was it helping the environment but avoided overflowing glasses around the pool.

The hotel is looking a little tired and rooms could do with a refurb. The entertainment was not to my liking ( Karaoke and quiz etc) but they did have a flamenco show one night.

Travelled with my three child (one of which is an adult), my wife and my adult sons, girlfriend. Upon arrival was upgraded to an apartment, so my, my wife and the two youngest children would not be separated. The room was amazing, with views of the pool, the sea, and La Palma smoking in the distance, The staff were friendly, open and trying to make our holiday a success (particularly the #Smileteam). The hotel was a short walk to the beach, and rock pools which could be swum in. Thank Blue Sea, we had an amazing week!

As pointed out in other reviews, food was a little samey, was not too much of an issue for my family of fussy eaters (meat, salad and chips, or Pasta and tomato sauce is about their level), however, can see why other guests have flagged it.
