Met on arrival,perfect location on town square and facing the sea from the other side.Large spacious rooms with large roof terrace and balconies off other rooms.Very nice furnishings in all rooms

Excellent location in a small seaside town. A bit different from the usual hotels, in a good way. Had a small apartment to myself.

I would have loved to have a balcony but there is a small sunroof which everyone can use (and “everyone” is never many people as this is a small hotel). So this isn’t a dislike as much as pointing out that some of the apartments have a balcony, so you might want to consider those.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed. Close to the beach with sunbeds. Many good fish restaurants nearby. OK parking possibilities on the street.

Avoid the dates for the Virgin of Candelaria fiesta if you are disturbed by people partying until late at night. But it wasn't a problem for us :)

Great location, shops & lovely restaurants all within walking distance. Lovely spotless apartment, everything you could possibly need was thought of. Cleaning staff was very good, regular changing of bedding & towels.

Can’t really find a fault, it was great value for that price. One small thing from a female point of view, could do with a proper full length mirror.

My wife and I stayed at Rok Plaza for 9 nights in November/December 2022. The manager welcomed us in front of the building and helped us carry our suitcases - not really a matter of course. And the following days were just the same. At any time we had the feeling of being guests. We will definitely come again.

The equipment of the kitchen (inventory) could have been a little more generous ;-)

Very easy and friendly meet & greet, apartment has a wonderful view of both the square and the ocean. Super comfortable bed and very clean throughout. The lift made a big difference. The location is fantastic for bars, restaurants and the beach.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The flat was spotless clean and the location was good ( at the main square- so if you like " square life - quite authentic " it is superb if you prefer quiteness ...maybe..) we willcome back

Nothing not to like here

Best location and the most stylish building in town. Room was very clean, comfortable, a lot of space. We really enjoyed our holiday.

The rooftop is amazing. Everything is clean and staff is friendly. The beach is just across the street. Parking easily found in the surrounding streets. Easy access to motorway.

It was a bit noisy at night (cars passing over a loose pothole)

Our hos Kathy was extremely reactive, knowledgeable about what to do around the area and always proactive and willing to help with any trouble. Location is absolutely priceless!

We had a bit of trouble with the electricity which didn't sustain very well several appliances but our host Kathy was extremely reactive at any hour of the day (including 11pm!) To let us know how we can solve it and bring a professional to check the problem first thing next morning, under the promis that if the problem doesn't get resolved, they would transfer us to another apartment.
