This hotel is in an excellent location, about 8 minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube, in Soho. It's great value considering the location. We got a queen size room which was small but had everything we needed. I was worried that I'd be too hot but the AC was very efficient. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I asked.for extra pillows and housekeeping had none left, but the receptionist located some from another hotel. I was very impressed by this and slept well once I had the extra pillows. I would stay again and would recommend.
Pillows very soft which meant I didn't sleep well the first night, but was fine once I was provided with additional pillows. They should get new, hotel standard pillows. The room is very small, which was ok for my husband and I but as the bathroom is a glass cubicle in the room I would not advise staying there with someone you are not intimately acquainted with!

Modern room, comfortable bed, nice sheets, great shower pressure, convenient power panel for lights/shade. Great staff in lobby and cafe. Bottled water for room always available. Wine & cheese night in cafe was wonderful and tasty. Apples and fresh fruit water nice in lobby. Best location. Very quiet room. Easy check-in & check-out. I would stay again and bring my own face towels.
No art in room, no face towels (big problem for me), only hand and body towels. Only one bar of soap to start. Not enough hangers. Need more hooks. Minimal shelving in room. Overall room storage was poor. Definitely need more shelving in shower. No bed reading light, only harsh overhead lighting. No ventilation in bathroom, causing lingering mildew smell. Need better furniture in lobby. Need benches on each floor at elevator. Loud worker conversations in hall outside of room daily, but never heard other guests. No way to ring from desk from room. Bloody Halloween decorations disturbing to children. No room safe and no security at entrance, nor elevator.

I wish I knew the name of the staff member who welcomed us and checked us in, she's an absolute star. We left our luggage a few hours before check-in, and she made sure it was waiting for us in our room when we returned in the afternoon. So that was one less worry. The hotel has an elevator, a cafe, a big restroom on the first floor, automatic doors. While the room was a bit small, the interior design was really modern and new. There were complementary tea bags, water, hot chocolate and instant coffee. They provided us with toilet paper and BIG towels (a major plus), as well as other toiletries like soap and shampoo. The shower was a bit confusing to turn on, but it looked really nice. There was also a big flat screen TV with countless channels and free WiFi. The location is also great. We were just walking around with no plans and reached Soho, Chinatown and Picadilly in a matter of minutes. Overall, a great stay. Once again, all the praise for the staff member who welcomed us at the reception. I hope someone can check the records and give her our thanks.
The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the lack of privacy because of the modern bathroom design. The sliding glass door doesn't close all the way, so not only can people see you, but everything can be heard. That's why I preferred using the first floor bathroom by the café instead of the one in our bathroom. Thanks to this gap, your roommates can also see you shower until the glass becomes foggy with steam. This is why the room is perfect for solo travellers.

The hotel is located off of a relatively quiet side street in SOHO, a really fun London neighborhood. The room was nice and quiet and the staff was super friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, and clubs.
My wife and I have travelled quite a bit and are accustomed to small rooms. This Queen room, however, was so small that there was no room to unpack any luggage. This was because the room was nearly entirely devoted to the bed. During our 7 day stay we lived out of our suitcases, putting them on the bed every morning to pick out clothing and then closing them back up to stand on the limited floorspace. It was like living out of a small camper. Also, the local Tube station was quite a few blocks from the hotel. After a day or two we found using Uber much more convenient to get around to other areas of London.

Location was ideal for a theatre show in Soho. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was oat milk in the rooms for coffee and tea which, as a vegan, was a huge bonus and novelty! Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Body/hair wash was included. We got a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise.
You know what you're getting with a Z Hotel, so even though we could say that the room was small and the bathroom only had frosted glass separating it from the room itself, we knew that going in and were completely fine with it, having stayed before. But it is worth others knowing if they haven't and don't like the idea!

You are paying for the location!! so for the price its fair and value for money for central London. The rooms are small as expected but comfortable, clean and safe. Only a couple of mins walk from Oxford Street. Parking is expensive in Central London but you have the added bonus that there is a public Car Park next door. Oxford Street/Regent Street/Soho/Covent Garden all within walking 2mins-20mins. Excellent for those visiting London for a few days or shopping. The rooms were equipped with Kettle with coffee/tea/milk and free unlimited supply of filtered bottled water. Staff at reception were all friendly and professional. We stayed on Boxing Day with the kids for Shopping and there were free mince pies too at the hotel upon arrival :) There is also a lovely onsite café on the 1st Floor that opens till very late.
The only small suggestion for the hotel are the 4 x pillows were small and not comfortable. I strongly recommend that they should change them asap.

Location. Great for Soho and surrounding areas. If you just need a bed for the night it’s perfect. Rare to find anything less than £100 in London. The rooms very compact and you need to be quite friendly with regards to using the toilet facilities lol. But the beds comfortable and it’s clean and the staff are very friendly. I’d definitely go back. Plus nice to have check out at 11am. Also, highly recommend a restaurant near by called the flat iron. Very very good food and not overpriced.
Not much. Yes it’s small but that’s the point of the hotel. You pay for the location. I can’t really fault it to be honest.

Location was fantastic, air conditioning was perfect, loved the lighting system with different options for the lighting, quiet and peaceful, it was super cosy space, shower was really great water pressure, staff were friendly. When in a room without a window it feels like a little capsule space (definitely best for just 1 person), and it was perfect to feel tucked away.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but still slept just fine. Because there is a room option for no windows, internet signal was a bit patchy. The location definitely determines the price, the price is quite high for very tiny space - but none the less can’t beat the location.

My partner and I ended up booking this hotel last minute after our train was canceled, and we were pleasantly surprised! The price was really reasonable, and the room itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s true that the room was on the smaller side compared to others we’ve stayed in, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel is located in a nice, lively neighborhood with plenty to see and do, so you’re probably not going to spend much time in the room anyway. Overall, it was a great place to rest after a day out, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in a fun area!

The 1st contact with the Hotel Z was a smiling and friendly Akhila at the reception, already a good start! She and the others gave me the nice feeling I was in a small place, rather than London. Also Funcundo was amazing. Good conversations and straight to the point. Serviceminded like all the people working there Not forgetting the welcoming assorted cheese and wines, on TUESDAYS, for free.( Lady behind that counter was indeed also nice, friendly and knowing her job ) Keep up the good job
If I would have it, I would have reported it F2F rather than using the www
