Is pretty much exactly as the photos suggest. The attention to detail is incredible, everywhere you look you find something else quirky in a gothic kind of style and generally giving a real high end experience. Fantastic location for the theatre district, soho and China Town. 2 minute walk to the Phoenix theatre. 2 minutes to the tube also. A huge variety of drinks stocked in your personal bar for those with deep pockets.
Was charged a 5% service charge when receiving my receipt the evening I returned home. Although it didn't break the bank it was £17.56 that wasn't mentioned at all from the time of booking to checking out . After paying £425 for one night I personally think that is enough without any hidden charges. Would have been a 10 otherwise.

Review for Chateau Denmark: A Gem in Soho From the moment I arrived, Chateau Denmark exceeded every expectation, starting with their stellar service. Despite arriving 4 hours early after a long journey, the staff graciously accommodated an early check-in, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Special mention goes to my butler, Tyronne, who truly went above and beyond. His witty humor and genuine helpfulness made me feel instantly at ease. Noticing I hadn’t had breakfast, he thoughtfully brought me a delicious chocolate and butter croissant to tide me over. He ensured every detail in my room was perfect, from extra hangers to setting up my morning coffee at 13Den Bar. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated above Tottenham Court Road in the vibrant heart of Soho, with the Elizabeth Line providing direct access to Heathrow. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you can’t get more central than this. The room was a standout—a quirky, themed space inspired by “Wake Me Up When September Ends.” Contrary to popular opinion, my room boasted a spacious balcony with ample natural light, making it perfect for getting holiday-ready. Despite being in the heart of Soho on New Year’s Eve, the room was remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The amenities at Chateau Denmark were equally impressive. Guests enjoy a generous 20% discount on dining at 13Den, and the in-room features were thoughtfully curated, blending style with functionality. The 13Den Bar deserves a review of its own. The food and drinks were phenomenal, with the staff taking care to ask about allergies and preferences. Every dish and cocktail was crafted to perfection, complemented by a rich and luxurious ambiance. The team at 13Den truly elevated my experience, making it a highlight of my stay. Finally, a shoutout to Luca, the Butler Manager, whose attentiveness and professionalism ensured a seamless experience.

Absolutely fabulous! Fantastic interior design, loved the dark moody colours, the red walls, the red bath! The buildings are very tastefully refurbished in heritage colours and style. Great sound system with ready made playlists. Various Lighting/heating controls, plentiful plug sockets, super water pressure in shower/bathroom and space to spread out and get ready for the night out. Perfect for hot man and I and perfect for a stay with friends, lovers, husbands, not necessarily in that order! Stayed in the Townhouse apartment, so much space to strut about and have fun and games. Very sexy place to stay and you will not want to go out! Didn’t have much need for the BTLR service except on arrival and when we couldn’t remember our PIN number to get back in later that night, but two BTLRS arrived in seconds and opened the door. Fantastic service from start to finish. Visited their beautiful, plush Bar Thirteen for drinks and small plates and again excellent service. If money were no object I’d have one of their gorgeous BTLR’s all night to make drinks from the apartments own lavish bar and entertain us. Nothing left to chance or not thought of. We loved it, loved it, loved it and will definitely be back.
Nothing at all! Wonderful!

The Chateau Denmark is a stunning hotel. Totally my taste in decor. Ideally situated. The BTLR team all lovely especially Fredrick. Their bar thirteen is equally as impressive. I had a huge issue with their affiliated restaurant at top of building called Tattu. I will leave a seperate review on that though as I don't want it to tarnish this hotels review. They keep in contact with you throughout your stay via text, and are there at drop of hat if needed, or back away if you want a quiet day. After booking this hotel I read reviews and started to think...eek, seems bit raunchy wild. Its not. It's perfect. And I would happily travel as a single female to stay in it feeling completely safe. 5 stars from me! I stayed in room 101. I'd love to see the rest of the rooms. I'll be back x
Their sister restaurant manager Amir. I'll address that separately though.

The hotel is a secret little gem in the heart of the west end. The hotel has various rooms in separate buildings from the hotel reception however you receive the same service and contact with the hotel team. The check in was great and the team showed us every facility in the upgraded room from the Bluetooth surround sound to the largest 'mini bar' I've ever experienced. Secret bathroom door, bath and bar taking up another room and the huge bedroom with state of the art facilities to sleep in. We have stayed in some great hotels but this one has to be the coolest one yet.
There was no negative parts to our stay.

Amazing variety of rooms available, all designed to perfection. Hôtel facilities are great, restaurant was divine with a team that consistently go above and beyond. The location is fabulous!!
Additional security on room doors would be great as as a solo female traveler for work.

SoHo Location and proximity to public transportation and Outernet, room size (York Apartment), private entrance, facilities in room (rain shower, tub, surround sound speakers), dedicated staff, excellent sushi restaurant, comfortable bed, clean facilities, attentive and friendly staff
The experience with the butlers could have been a little more personalized and sometimes they couldn’t accommodate all of our requests, but overall having them there was an awesome perk that only added to our amazing stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to most people and we would stay here again!

This hotel is fabulous! I loved everything about it. It isn’t a traditional hotel so it’s broken up with locations but i stayed at the main location and it had elevator access. Just be mindful some of the other ones don’t have elevators but steps but the crew will help you carry your bags up. The butler service is top tier and the restaurant at the hotel is amazing! Also please go to the bar thirteen DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!!! They even were willing to upgrade my room for only £100 pounds. Love it. Federick is the best!!!
Everything was amazing

The location was excellent, very central and the decor was very cool. We stayed in the most “basic” room which was equipped with everything we could need and our butler Tyrone (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was very attentive and bought up an ironing board, iron and 2 types of milk for us. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the curtains heavy enough to keep out the light and the room soundproofed (we never heard a peep from anyone else) so I had a great nights sleep. Massive TV, loads of channels, music etc and a soundbar, told we could have it loud as we wanted unless we were causing structural damage to the hotel 😂. Luxurious bathroom with great smelling products, really can’t fault anything. The only hardship was the hair conditioner was mildly difficult to get out of the bottle…. We ate at Tattu restaurant as it was linked with the hotel and that was also incredible. We left very happy and keen to visit again! This place wants you to have fun and enjoy yourself. Amazing!
Nothing, everything was great

I think this property is one of Londons gems, my second stay now, it an incredible sexy vibe and atmosphere. The location is unbeatable in my opinion. This property is more suitable for individuals looking more privacy, a slightly more discreet 5 star experience as it is set across multiple buildings and chances are you're not going through a reception to enter your room. I was worried about this room being a big step down on my last visit when I stayed in the massive Clifton apartment for a week, however I think I liked the Deluxe Apartment every bit as much despite the totally different style.
This hotel doesn't have a gym or spa facilities, however to me the room standard, location and price mix feels that this is fair so I can't really complain about this, just more something to be aware of as it's harder / more expensive than expected to get gyms with day passes in London. The common complaint for this hotel is the 5% service charge they'll add to your bill. I was aware of it for this stay so already factored it in my head but on my original stay it was more of a shock, be aware of it if you choose to stay.
