Check-in was quick and friendly, all staff throughout our stay were so nice and helpful. I recommend that if you are travelling to and from Euston, the night before you leave, ask the staff to book you a taxi to the station. Cost £15 to get to the station. The hotel is clean throughout and modern with a cosy vibe. You can't get to your rooms or use the lifts without your key card, so security is on point. The rooms are spacious enough. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a birthday card for my 40th, which was a nice and unexpected touch. Massive bed, which was very comfy, plenty of wardrobe space with a safe, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the wardrobe. Nice large tv on the wall, plenty of channels. The kitchenette is brilliant, with cutlery, plates/bowls, mugs/glasses, chopping board, brita filter tap, and microwave. Loved having a fridge to store drinks and fab having a kettle as well as a coffee machine (tea, coffee, sugar, and milk pods provided.) Bathroom is spacious and clean, plenty of towels, nice walk in shower and good quality toiletries in the shower and by the sink (molten brown.) Location is great, loads of shops, eateries and pubs within a 30sec walk!! Pizza express is literally opposite the hotel, and Tesco express is a 2min walk around the corner. China Town and the Palace theatre is no more than a 5mins walk. There is no restaurant in the hotel but it is not needed with the amount of restaurants on it's door step, but you can order coffee and snacks. Although the hotel is off a busy street, we heard absolutely no noise at all in our room.

Couldn't open the window for fresh air, the rooms were a nice temperature and the thermostat was easy to use, but I like to have the window open while I sleep, so that's just a personal option.

Comfy bed. The kitchenette and closet felt smartly designed. We appreciated the nespresso. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious - really great rain shower head. The room itself perfectly fit 2 people. The room was quiet and room service always left the space spotless. The front desk even brought by a luggage scale to our room when we asked to borrow one. The location was perfect for us, everything was walkable.

No complaints.

The Resident Soho is, as the name suggests, in the center of Soho. The tube station Tottenham Court served by the Elizabethan line is only a fey meters away. Travel to and from either Heathrow or City is dead easy. The room was spacious and equipped with a little kitchen. Despite the fact that the hotel is surrounded by pubs, it was very quiet at night. The receptionists were all very helpful with finding dinner places.

Although it was easy to find breakfast places nearby, breakfast at the hotel would have been nice.

After a long tiring journey and landing at Heathrow Airport it is a fairly uncomplicated and easy process to find your way to the doorstep of The Resident Soho which is well situated and connected to several modes of transportation for business or leisure purposes. The Resident Soho itself is found on a quiet street but is nestled comfortably amongst a lively Soho district known for its lively plethora of dine in or take away restaurants for food, deserts or baked items. Other amenities such as a small sized supermarket is literally three minutes by foot. I found it always interesting after a day of sightseeing to return back to The Resident Soho and explore my many options in dining within a ten to fifteen minute walk of this hotel. For those wishing to do a load of laundry on longer stays there is even a coin operated laundromat within a 21 minute walk of the hotel which is open during normal business hours. The front desk were kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I had and were very accommodating to make sure my stay was pleasant and relaxing to me. (special Thank you to the the young lady at the front desk - sorry I did not get your name) The acid test after my prolonged stay at The Resident Soho is the question would I stay here again? Yes I would without any reservations. Sorry for the pun. LOL

We were a little early to check in, which wasn't a problem at all. We were given our roomkeys, were helped with our bags and were shown our room. We just stayed the 1 night and had no issues at all. In the morning, they were happy to hold onto our bags for a few hours as our flights home weren't until the evening. No noise complaints, extremely comfortable shower (spacious too for London standards) and overall just great! Perfect and clever built in kitchenette and wardrobe (drawer for the hair dryer with an outlet right next to it, mirrors inside the doors - just, excellent) We also felt extremely safe, as every interior door and the lift only worked with our keycards.

No complaints, we liked everything! No complaints at all, we had a lovely time. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if our budget allows it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Resident Soho, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the fantastic location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the professionalism of the staff. The location couldn't have been better, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly the manager, Pablo, was perfect. However, what truly set my stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly the manager, Pablo. His professionalism and kindness were evident from the moment I checked in. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect, and his dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. In conclusion, whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you can expect a top-notch experience characterized by a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptional service from a team that truly cares about their guests' satisfaction.

From arriving earlier than check in & checking our luggage in to storage the staff we're so helpful & polite, for a first timer in to London that was very helpful, staff asked if we needed any help before they we're aware of this, the lobby was lovely & from morning to checking in at after 3 noticed the beautiful fresh flower display had been changed to newer fresh flowers, very nice touch also, going to the rooms you can see how exceptionally clean everything is, rooms we're absolutely 100% facilities wise, cleanliness, comfort & decor, & location was perfect, everything on your doorstep, most of the major tourist attractions very easy walking distance, all the fun of soho nights, late night food, drink, close by, stores like tesco express ect, great thing about the resident soho hotel though is you hear no noise, it's unbelievable to think you are so near all that's outside! And it's always very easy to find when trying to navigate, we used it like a central hub to everything, which made it really easy to gauge how far away we were from things, absolutely perfect & will visit London again & mist definitely stay here again

That we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect location - less than 5 minutes walk to Soho restaurants and venues like Ronnie's, Oxford Street shops, and Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth Line tube stop. The room was cozy, clean and really comfortable. The mini kitchen would definitely be useful for a longer stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and let us store our bags on check out day which was great.

The only negative was that I booked a room with a window, but it turned out we were in the basement, so the view was a brick wall. However this probably reduced street noise as the room was very quiet even on a Friday night.

I travelled solo, stayed for 5 nights. I booked the Double Standard Room. It was fantastic for one person, spacious room. The location is terrific. The staff, specially reception and housekeeping where extremely corteous and helpful. The amenities and kitchenette where perfect. And they even have a Britta filter for drinking water. I would definitely stay there again. Reception spoke English, Spanish and Italian.

It was a bit expensive in my opinion, but compared with other locations the price was fair. I booked the double room. I had to stay a few times in the hotel. Anything smaller than that could be a con if you plan to stay a bit in the hotel.

This hotel is very well located in Soho and only a few steps from Oxford, Regent etc. with hundreds of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Despite being in Soho it's located in distance from the Soho noise so you can sleep quietly with good blinders blocking the window. The rooms are not big but they have everything you need, a good bed, a good shower and a nice kitchenette. I have been in many hotels with good staff and service but the staff of the Resident Soho is extra willing to provide the best possible service. I will definitely stay there again.

I cant think of anything...
