Location, room cleaning, staff very friendly.

Recently they got busy and they added some terms and conditions, such as: they became less flexible of upgrading or at least city view. All the time you will be assigned for inside view (which is no view). Also one lift is working since a year. Lastly, their website always higher rate than agencies although they provide discount codes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with modern décor that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen – it had everything I needed, from cookware to appliances, which was perfect for preparing meals during my stay. The location was also unbeatable. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, with both metro and bus stops just a short walk away. This made it super easy to reach all the major attractions in the city. Plus, the neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of dining options. There are several great restaurants and cozy cafés nearby, giving me plenty of choices for meals or just grabbing a coffee. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and a prime location made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Cheval Harrington Court. The apartment residence is well situated and very centrally located. I felt very welcome by Sumit at the front desk plus all his colleagues from housekeeping and maintenance and the Manager. I have hardly ever been to a place where the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and made me feel very comfortable. The bed had fantastic quality, and the kitchen was very well equipped with high quality amenities. Everything was spotlessly clean. Security is always an issue for me, therefore the presence of a 24h front desk team was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this apartment residence.

The hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! I had one of the larger units, essentially a one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, well furnished, exceptionally clean (and regularly cleaned, daily, like a regular hotel). The staff were very attentive and receptive to requests. All kitchen stuff (tea, coffee, milk, bottled water) was restocked daily. Also, the location is great: one minute walk to South Kensington tube, very central, many busses, lots of restaurants and cafes in the area.

Hotel was conveniently located. 3 to 5 minutes walk from South Kensington tube station. Around the hotel were many good eating places, Tesco Express store and many other shops lined up around the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel was generally a nice and quiet place to stay. Room was rather well-equipped with utensils, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. Housekeeping was prompt daily and cleans the room. Air conditioning in the room worked well and water pressure from the shower was very decent. A special shoutout to Sumit, who gave us a warm welcome during check in, was always very helpful with our requests during the stay and always ready to provide us with useful information that we need to get around London.

The bathroom was rather small and for a person like me that is only around 1.83m tall, moving around can be quite challenging. We also had to work our way around with using the various equipment in the room such as microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. We asked for a sofa bed and once that was fully extended, there is basically not much room to walk around in the room. While the towel heater was a very useful apparatus to have, it can be quite challenging when trying to hold the number of bath and face towels we had.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The apartment is two minutes from South Kensington station, the neighborhood feels very safe, there are some great restaurants, room had everything we needed, the staff was fantastic, the shower and bed were terrific. And it was very clean. Housekeeping came in every day and changed towels. Will definitely make this our home away from home next time we visit London. We we’re in London for 10 days.

Absolutely loved this place, staff (led by Sumitt) couldn't do enough for you - so kind & caring, day in day out for 4 days i stayed here. My studio was like small apartment, spacious good for work (excellent WiFi & tall table very comfy as work station x dining table). Beautiful bed linen (feather or at least no synthetic rubbish that makes you sweat here!), fluffy towels & great robes, quality everything. Welcome snacks, water, juices on arrival. Water left for you every day, together with nespresso capsules etc. Beautiful decor is just a cherry on top. Location cannot be beat - 2min to the tube, 5min to all the museums.

Though my windows looked onto main street hotel is on, Harrington Rd, it wasn't too noisy, but if you are sensitive to weekday morning traffic, bring earplus.

STUDIO was a good size, BED was super comfy, BATHROOM had heated floors, toilet bidet combo, rainfall shower head and wonderful toiletries. KITCHEN was well stocked, welcome basket of milk, tea and Nespresso pods which were replenished daily. LOCATION you are in the heart of South Kensington with loads of restaurants and shops. The tube station is pretty much across the street.

That I had to leave

CHC is a home away from home for us, all the comforts of home are made available for guests. Location is unbeatable near the tube station, buses and taxis, near the museums and a variety of food option. Staff are polite, courteous and take time to address any issue you may have. Definitely will come back again and again.
