Location was good, I would definitely stay here again. Very clean. Nice Aveda toiletries. Decor is minimal but attractive. Nice lobby. Rooms are small but are well decored, bed and pillows very comfortable. I had a room with a balcony, which I liked had a great view. Felt safe ( traveling solo)

My first night the air conditioning was SO Loud I couldn't sleep. I asked for a different room and they gave me one where the air conditioning was very quiet. The only disappointment was their website and description on booking.com says there is a roo top lounge for guests to hang out, and that is why I chose the hotel. Well there is no longer a rooftop available. They really should give me a discount. I do recommend the hotel it's a cool place , extremely clean, and the beds are comfortable

Very confortable bed, very clean room. The walls are in concrete so you don't hear your neighbours. The staff was really nice and helpful. The neighbourhood is great, near downtown with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants.

The noise from the traffic on the avenue but the windows are well insulated so it's fine.

The staff were very good and always greeted us or wished us a nice day. When we asked for recommendations for restaurants they were all good.It was a good base; the area felt very safe. When we got our bearings we Vc were ideally located for everything. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent too. We had double booked one evening and didn’t have time to try and resell tickets for the basketball at Madison Square Gardens so donated them to one of the team as didn’t want them to go to waste. It was great to engage with the member of staff who was a great fan of basketball. They took their dad and had a great time. We managed to get tickets for the next night and they were so excited for us and gave us some tips. All in all it was a lovely stay, a good base for all of New York and it was great that all rooms have a balcony.

Had some minor issues but staff were very good and the manager Jason was great and we really felt listened to, and what he promised us he was true to his word.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Particularly loved the loft feel and the execution of the bathroom with the separate room for the restroom. Overall very clean both inside the room and the facilities. Greatly appreciate the staff and their hospitality, as well as navigating the area. A bonus is the awesome Thai Diner next door and GYM NYC day passes that’s just a few blocks away.

I wish access to the main lobby wasn’t available to loafers to sit in as it could be a very nice area. However, I understand the climate of the city and the limit of control they have given the rise in homelessness.

Fantastic location right next to Little Italy & Soho with lots of restaurants/bars and 2 subway stations within a 5 minute walk. Great restaurant at the hotel. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful & friendly.

The bed/pillows weren't the best quality. Wifi was weak/slow at times. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have made it even better although there are options to get this locally. If you're a light sleeper then bring earplugs as New York is a noisy city! (Suspect all hotels will have this problem)

Big rooms, comfortable and clean. Ceiling fan plus good AC was very welcome. Ironing board and iron came in handy. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated moving up a few floors as being on the 4th floor was too loud for me. I asked for and got a hot water kettle as well.

WiFi signal was great, but speed was nonexistent. I used my phone hotspot the entire stay. No coffee, even in the morning. Ignore the “Concierge” functions. I used it and no one looks at it! Contact the desk by phone instead! Rooms all face the street. I was working very early so 4th was too loud, but 7th was great. No problems sleeping.

Loved the location, the balcony and the view. The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with great AC, and comfy bed. Checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel is so close to so many nice cafes and food spots, also right beside the Bowery station with links to JFK so the perfect holiday location. The hotel was mostly clean apart from a little dust behind the tv but overall loved our stay. Don’t understand the reviews saying it was noisy, but also we were on the 9th floor, so could possibly be noisy on lower floors, that’s what you get for a good location though!

Can’t fault it really

well situated very close to many, many nice and beautiful restaurants, bars, with lots of nice people going out each night, while still being surprisingly quiet. Nice room, everything okay here, can recommend the hotel

- there's no "free roof top" accessible and they should change the ad on booking.com, but they think it's enough as long as Google says "roof top closed". I don't consult Google during a booking. - there's no breakfast at all, not even for payment - three days in a row I came back to find the door to my room unlocked and visibly (!) open after cleaning. I had five-digits equipment in that room and was pretty shocked when I found out room service was not closing / locking the door after their service. Told them three times, but did not get any better - prices are clearly at the upper limit, for not too say way too high

Location was excellent. It was very close to some of the restaurants and cafes that I wanted to check out in lower Manhattan. I had one of the higher floors with balcony and it had a nice distant view of Midtown. Room was just the right size for a solo trip. A lot of natural light was coming through the entire day but you can block it out if you wish, at nighttime the room had all kinds of smaller lamps to keep it nice and dim. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it's Nolita, you have all the options of great cafes around the neighborhood.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. Right in the heart of Nolita and close to so many fantastic neighborhoods. The rooms were clean and had plenty of storage. For New York, the rooms were large and we had a comfortable king size bed. There was also a desk and small chair. It was fun to have a floor to ceiling window to look out on the street - from the room you can see out fine, but from the street it is obscured so we never felt like we were in a fishbowl. Overall, this was a fantastic value for a stay in NYC.

The lighting was very dim in the rooms. We had to turn on every light to be able to see. The lock on our door was broken and when we came back to our room after it had been cleaned, the room was not locked. Since there is no security or card swipe to go up the stairs or elevator, it felt a little unsafe. They did come check the door, but it was not fixed while we were there. Nothing was stolen or taken and the staff were very nice about it.
