The staff at the Mansio Suites are very helpful, friendly & polite. The apartment was in a very central location with shops and restaurants on the door step. Although it’s very central it was very quiet at night. The apartment was spacious and had a good, well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Two minor things. The couch in the living area was marked and stained. We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately did not have our room serviced, however this could have been one of the conditions. We had to ask for more teabags and ran out of toilet paper.

The location was perfect for our concert at Leeds Accademy. Just a 5 minute walk.Also, we found a great Witherspoons close by.The room was great with everything you need for an overnight stay. Nice dressing gowns, posh toiletries and a big comfy bed. Two TVs in the apartment too! Soft drinks in the fridge , crisps and a good tea tray with biscuits was a nice touch. We got a great price on Booking.com for a Saturday night stay, which we appreciated.

Although the apartment was presented well, some of the furniture needed a little updating to reflect the 5 star rating. A welcome drink on arrival at reception would have been nice, especially if you have had a long journey.

I actually couldn’t understand how I had landed a night’s stay within my budget in such luxury. Cancellation? This serviced apartment was luxury . Sitting/dining room with TV , two double bedrooms , etc Some people might object to the hum of traffic from the headrow but the apartment was well insulated The receptionists were friendly and helpful

Exceptional and comfortable studio apartment. Proper sitting area for TV etc. Location was superb just across from the Light where we parked pre booked with a 25% discount code given to us prior to arrival. Very handy for eating at a choice of places in the Light. As we only stayed 1 night we didn’t use the cooking facilities but there was everything you would need for a couple to cook or get a takeout with proper crockery and glasses, or toast in the morning, plus a refrigerator (with ice cubes in the freezer ) and bottled water and which we used for a little fresh milk for coffee. And a dishwasher! Reception were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent central location. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay bed was clean and comfortable. Wonderful powerful shower and appreciated the toiletries provided. Thank you for providing milk and tea/ coffee too. All utensils available for self catering which we appreciated.

Just a few cleanliness issues... We spotted 6 cobwebs on the ceiling! The dishwashing utensils (cloth and dishwashing brush) didn't look very clean so we sterilised them in boiling water. Coffee machine was a little grubby too. Otherwise great.

The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk from what I was in Leeds for and very close to the train station. The apartment was also clean and comfortable. A home away from home. I asked for a microwave and one was provided. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. The apartment was also quite spacious. There was also a lot of communication from the team prior to my arrival which made the arrival smoother and the stay easier. All in all a good stay for me and my family.

The living room furniture and rug were a little dated and could be better

From key pick up meeting with a very delightful kind and thoughtful lady at the reception, to the gorgeous room and apartments... to the high quality feathered pillows and really great healthy bed or is it the great spacious modern bathrooms and showers? to the fully equipped kitchen dinning space and reading station? all in very good proximity to sort out locations the city centre train station and bus routes and the heart of shopping and dinning!

I don't remember one thing I disliked about Masio

Loved the apartment. Very stylish and comfortable. The table was laid for dinner, and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. We both loved the inclusion of bath robes, and the drinks and snacks included in the kitchen were a lovely touch.

As much as I loved the place, I couldn't give it a 10 due to the noise. The windows are so thin that we truly believed a window was open with the level of street noise that bled through. We woke up several times through the night due to the street noise. When a place boasts soundproofing we were expecting a silent night and simply didn't have one.

Had an overnight stay and really pleased with our stay. Location was perfect, especially if you’re heading to a gig at the FD Arena, which we were. The apartment itself was spot on, good size and very clean. Also great car parking facilities.

Only minor criticism I’d say is the bathroom smelled of drains, not terribly but enough to know there’s probably an issue.

Location excellent, spacious rooms

Mismatched glasses. Don’t think it’s too much to expect matching wine/water glasses. Stayed in room 101 which is next to an alley. Very noisy due to bins in constant use, woken at 6.45 by they washing windows?!? Not clear about parking, discount code can’t be used after you’ve parked at The Light and you have to prebook but give over an hours notice. Instead parked at The NCP the core on Albion street which was over 50% cheaper without discount and still £10 cheaper with it.
