noise from street outside. for over an hour round 1.00am Mar 17 there was the loud noise of a lorry with a pump clearing a sewer in the road outside (so we were told). prob not to do with hotel so maybe criticism is unfair. also shower did not work the first morning, but that was rectified quickly.

Chef Ali made our breakfast something to look for. Twas a good way to start the day. Looking forward to staying over again.

The water shower maybe can be well regulated so its more comfortable when when showers and not the pressure hard and almost unable to get warm water with low pressure. With more than 2 nights stay bed sheet changes, hand wash soap refill, clean glasses and cups is a necesity. Customer doesn't need to call for these to be done. Overall twas a good place to stay but expensive for the quality tiny rooms per say.

the location is very good for both the train station and also the theatres. also had a noose issue with the first room we had allocated and there was no issue with getting another room.

From checking in to check out smooth. My experience was superb. My check in was smooth and staff was extremely friendly so many names to mention room was comfortable. Location, lots of shopping and entertainment around. Very close to Tottenham court station where you can ride on the Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Concierge Nick and Brennan without a doubt gives top notch service they go above and beyond to take care of their guests. Words cannot describe my experience in London and the staff though I know in the hospitality industry this is expected but a million stars in my opinion .

In my opinion there is nothing for me to complain about

We booked a double room for a few nights and we were assigned one on the sixth floor. The room was very spacious, very clean and with a big storage space; the bathroom was definitely the biggest one I've ever seen in an hotel in London, beds were comfy and we really appreciated the fact that they had built in USB plugs instead of the regular ones. The breakfast is not buffet, you get assigned to one of the restaurant at the ground floor and you can choose from the menu; we were at the VQ and the staff was super nice as well as the food.

We could hear all the noise coming from the hall; the lifts were pretty slow, there was always a line to get them.

The hotel is in an amazing location, Central London very close to key shopping areas like Oxford Street, etc. The room is rather small, but you have a double bed, a desk, etc. The hotel has a diner, a bar, a 24/7 shop, staff are friendly and available all day & night. Check-in takes less than 5 minutes and there’s hundreds of places to order food. The tube is only a 2 minute walk and buses stop outside.

The room perhaps could’ve been bigger, but I guess you get what you pay for, I paid a relatively low amount and it was in central London. I’d also say that perhaps the lifts could’ve been better. They where rather confusing to use and where a guessing game sometimes.

Great location, friendly staff. There were a few small issues but they were dealt with immediately.We ate at the restaurant...food was delicious, reasonably priced and service was speedy.

The lifts were slow so we ended up using the stairs most of the time...luckily we were on the 1st floor.

Location was perfect. 5 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Station, which runs a few Tube lines as well as the Elizabeth Line taking you only 40mins to Heathrow Airport. Bed was comfortable. View from our room on the 8th floor was great. There is a great cafe right down below on the street which offers great breakfast.

Waiting times for lifts can be 10+ minutes on peak hours (morning and evening). Seems there were only 2-3 out of 5 lifts were working. The corridor to some rooms were clunky: some going through another push door, then short stairs to get to the room door - single travellers might need assistance holding the door open and dragging their luggage to some rooms, make sure you ask in advance if this could be an issue. Floorboards were creaking, in corridors and in parts of the bathroom.

The property was exceptionally clean. Rooms are small but have what you need. The window opened for fresh air. The hotel was tight of Tottenham Court Rd. Everything right on your doorstep. Exceptional location.

The breakfast was great but had dinner in the sage and chilli restaurant was awful. It was £37 for an awful steak, over cooked chips and a mushroom sauce that looked like melted vanilla icecream with choc topping. It tasted like cream with disgusting. Meat was tough and the chips were burnt. The other 24 hour restaurant was not too bad. The main restaurant was overpriced and very ordinary.
