We are repeat visitors. As always, the price is great for a night's stay on route to our final destination. It's clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The property is located not too far from restaurants and other shopping. It's a nice area to take a walk in.

For every stay at this establishment we've had to go back to the desk and ask for more towels (this happens in many places when we are more than 2 guests). This shouldn't be an issue since we state the number of guests when booking. Rooms should be equipped with at least 1 bath towel per guest. The desk attendant was great and gave us towels right away.

Excellent value. Very large room with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with full sized fridge and stove/oven, with a dinette table and chairs. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, towels soft and fluffy. Each bedroom has a large desk and lots of storage. Very quiet - we didn't hear others in the hallway or in other rooms. Friendly staff. Very close to hospital - convenient for appointments. We would definitely stay here again.

Desk chair in one room wasn't the most comfortable - tilted downward and awkward to sit in. Kitchen floor was clean, but feels like it had a bit of soap left on it (needed more rinsing). Since this is a college residence, just a heads up that there isn't an iron, microwave, dishware/pots/pans, dish soap etc. We knew this before we went, so not an issue for us, but just something to be aware of in case you want to bring some of your own items for a longer term stay (this would be a great place for a long term stay).

This is an excellent affordable option for those visiting the beautiful North Bay area. For once the A/C worked in the humid summer, and the room was good. Some things were a little run down but adequate.

Overhead stove hood fan did not work; toilet seat was a little askew; common areas were too hot and thermostat lacked batteries; tv was not set right for internet

Great value. This would be an ideal place to stay if you were in for longer than one night or if you are travelling with children. Full kitchen, separate bedrooms and very clean and quiet.

First time staying in a residence. I would have brought coffee/ tea supplies and plates and cutlery. That’s on us. The property was great and I’d definitely book again.

A good alternative to a hotel for an overnight stay. Very clean. Only criticism is the lack of kitchen items, no crockery, cutlery, etc. facilities for making a hot beverage would be nice. Easy to check in, and very professional friendly staff on reception, both at check in and check out. The area is very nice, quiet, with stunning views from room.

The only criticism is the lack of any facilities in the kitchen. Everything else was satisfactory.

The rooms are great for staying as a family! Two beds, two rooms, a kitchen. Saves money and gives the kids space to play and Be. The staff were amazing! I had to stay longer because my vehicle broke down, they were happy to have us for another night!

Spacious, clean space. Basic towels, some TP. Easy check in process at main residence building, ample parking for each building. Feels secure to leave your things. They also have other locations throughout Ontario, will definitely use this accommodation again. Gave us some good nostalgia for our university dorm life as students.

You're paying for the space and cleanliness, so there's no cookware, paper towels, dishes, cutlery etc. Have those items in advance or do a quick trip to the dollar store.

- missing cooking utensils and microwave -beds were a little uncomfortable and mold on the window stiles

The price was fantastic. We were travelling through and just needed a place to sleep. Lots of parking, good security. The dorm room was clean, lots of room.

I was a bit chilly. Could have used another blanket.

Easy to find and close to Highways 11 and 17. Beds were comfortable.

Common Room down the hall was a pleasant location, but furniture was old and in poor shape. We were near the elevator, which was a plus for luggage moving - but also could hear it ding as it stopped, which was a minus.
