Very Clean flat with new furniture & comfortable beds. The house is in a quiet area so we heard no noise at all. We were lucky that there was a painter there, who helped us get the fridge and heating going. Easy check in process and internet works great. The Location is great the explore London and the Pimlico Area feels safe and pretty.

There are only 2 pieces of dishes for the whole house, that's not enough. If the painter hadn't been there, the heating would've probably stayed off and it would've been freezing. He was very helpful though and asked the owners twice to turn the heating on. Once it was on we couldn't regulate it, so it was quite hot in our room. A mirror in the bathroom would be a bonus.

The location was amazing and I loved that this place has a kitchen if you want to cook or make some coffee. This feels like an old house with beautiful windows and character.

The door was difficult to find at first (very nondescript). While this makes it difficult the first time you enter, later it's kind of nice as you feel like a local, not like you're staying in a hotel.

There was a mix up with the rooms I had booked but the guy that runs the place was very professional and had it sorted in minutes. The are also had really great transport links and a lot to do.

Curtains were a bit thin for my liking. Other than that everything was great. The surrounding area is really nice. Also as I indicated above the staff are brilliant.

Nice room, aesthetic and simple. It looked clean. They have wifi and netflix! And oh, the heater is on all the time.. you barely cant feel the cold temperature outside..

I think one of the bed isn't cleaned properly.. there were hair strands and beads that look like peppercorns.. the shower room is on the top floor, but thank goodness the loo is just a flight away..

The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable and the Netflix already on the smart TV was fab! I didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was beautiful and clean too! The location is perfect, located a 3 minute walk from a tube station but far enough from any main roads for traffic to not be a bother when sleeping whatsoever! Such good value for money, especially considering that this room was £80 cheaper than a travelodge I was looking at. They allowed me to move my booking when I realised I'd booked the wrong dates, super friendly and helpful. The double room was a little snug, but this really wasn't an issue at all.

The only flaw i can possibly thing about this place is the shared bathroom. Having to share with all the other people was not an issue in the evening, but in the morning before checking out, it's quite busy, so make sure to wake up a little earlier.

Our group liked that it was self check in and out with a coded front door and bedroom. We were going to an event nearby so we had the choice to leave separately and not have to worry about one person looking after a key. The location was 4 minutes walk from Pimlico underground station which connected us to Euston station which was vital for us to get to and from our home. It seemed to be in a nice area and seemed quiet even for London. The bedroom mattresses were SO comfortable, probably one of the best I’ve slept in away from home.

The shower needs unblocking as when you’re showering, it slowly fills up and overflows onto the bathroom mat which was soaking wet. The kitchen ceiling in the corner has evidence of a leak at some point but unsure if was an existing issue. The latch on our bedroom door wouldn’t flick back out when the door was opened. You had to giggle the lock on the coded side from left to right which slowly released it. It got really noisy in the morning with other people staying there but at a respectable hour, I’d suggest ear plugs if you’re staying out until late and don’t want to be disturbed.

Location perfect for Chelsea College of Art, and Tate Britain, and Pimlico tube. Lovely bakery very close to the property for breakfast croissants.

Metal clanking sounds through the night, staying in Room 4. Curtain rail kept falling down every time opening or closing the curtains.

Great size room with Smart TV, access to Amazon Prime and Netflix etc. Access to kitchen and being able to use the kitchen facilities such as the oven and fridge. Comfortable beds. This was all just wonderful for the price!

Possibly could have been a bit cleaner. There were bin bags in the kitchen left out. This could attract rodents into the property.

area was great, codes on the doors were great as made it easy to come and go and also felt secure and did not have to worry about keys. amazing value for money and having a shared kitchen to cook food was really helpful and saved me a lot

the kitchen could have been better equipped with some pans to allow you to cook more food and would have been usefull to have essentials like salt, pepper, oil e.c.t

It was great location as we were a 30 min walk to the Buckingham Palace and very close from a Metro station that connects everything.

It is just a personal observation but that you have to share the bathroom as the rooms doesn’t not have its own.
