I loved everything about the hotel, honestly its one of the best hotel and in my opinion it deserves the 5 star hotel not the 4 star at all - Hotel owners are very friendly, cheerful, hospitable, held and welcoming - View of the hotel & rooms are so beautiful which makes it peaceful and relaxing - Attention to details in everything - Ski area is near the hotel - Food quality were just wow with their chefs which makes it such a fine dining and they are so flexible with the food options in case someone did not like what’s in the menu especially for the Muslims make sure to inform them that your food should not contains alcohol or pork and they will change the dish for you with no hesitation - Activities in hotels such as board games, swimming, hiking, sauna, cycling and more

The road to the hotel is a bit narrow on the mountain and risky so you need to drive slow especially in the winter weather

Our stay at Santre far exceeded any expectations - we can surely say that it was the most magical place we have stayed at ever. The hotel is absolutely wonderful with its unique architecture and interior design, a beautiful and relaxing spa, and exceptional food (very creative and special dinner creations and a all you could wish for brunch buffet acommodating for any extra wishes)! The family and all the staff were super friendly and made sure to let us feel very welcome and taken care of at all times. When deciding on booking our holidays with Santre we read in one of the comments that ‘despite the hotel being fully booked you always feel like the only guest’. We could not agree with that more - even though the hotel was almost always completely full, it never felt crowded or loud at all and the staff was always available for us at any time. Besides all the mentioned amenities the hotel also offers a very diverse activity program. Thus, yoga, stretching, kickboxing, acquafitness, etc. classes are offered more than daily along with hikes, climbing and bike trips! Alex, the activiy coach is super motivated and makes sure to challenge each participant no matter what fitness level! We can really recommend everyone to stay at Santre for a relaxing and unforgettable break! We will for sure be back and thank so much for everything!

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect!

This was a true 5 star experience. They upgraded my room so we had a private sauna on the terrace. The food was incredible, a five course meal every night that rivaled the Michelin experiences I have had. The spa treatments were affordable and excellent. The spa facilities themselves were stunning, I've never been more relaxed. The staff was also incredible, very attentive. They have activities and a great cocktail bar where you can enjoy the view in the evenings. I can't wait to go back!

This was a little tricky to get to from Amsterdam. We flew to Milan and took a bus and two trains to get there. But I would absolutely do it again as the property was worth the long travel days.

Our room was so perfect, the view was incredible and we were so lucky with the weather to be able to enjoy sitting out watching the mountains in April! We made good use of the hot tub and own sauna in our room. The hotel itself was amazing, it smelt good wherever you went. The food tasted so fresh and there was a different menu each evening, all tasting delicious. The heated pool was a dream when it felt cold in the mornings and there are lots of places for you to chill out. And not to mention, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful all throughout the hotel! We have been recommending this place to everyone and we will certainly be back, thank you to everyone who made it so special for us, we will remember this beautiful hotel as the place we got engaged!

Nothing at all to complain about, all the little things were well thought out.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly and parked the car in the garage. For dinner, a table with our names was waiting for us - this is very nice because you understand that they were waiting for you. The cuisine is wonderful - everything is exquisite and delicious. After dinner, we heard music and went to the bar. There was a man with a very pleasant voice singing and playing. There were couples in love around, a fireplace was burning and the atmosphere was warm and magical. In the morning we tried breakfast. A good choice for all tastes. There is even sturgeon caviar for gourmets. We also visited the pool. We had a very good swim. There is a sauna. Wonderful recreation areas near the pool. There are lemonades everywhere to quench your thirst. So 1. Perfect cleanliness. The hotel is super new. Interesting locations, panoramic view, new design. 2. A very young team works. Thank you to the owner that gives young people a chance to have a job! Everyone is very polite. Everyone who works there, I will say again - thanks to your work, your smiles, you create an atmosphere of rest and relaxation for us. Thank you for this! 3. Special thanks for the fabulous sweet table with dozens of sweets. We were stunned by the number of cakes. 4. When leaving, we were given panettone for the road - a small gift, but looking at it, I keep the memory of a great vacation. We will definitely come back to you and will be happy to recommend you to others. Thank you.

Our stay was honestly perfection! We loved our room with a sauna and hot tub, the food was inventive and delicious, the pools were amazing and the staff was exceptional. We especially appreciated how thoughtfully kids were easily incorporated with a separate kids menu, kids robes, and kids pool/splash pad. The true star of this hotel though is the amazing staff. It was hospitality at its finest and they delivered a luxury experience without being stuffy and their interactions with my five year old made the entire experience that much better. We’ve stayed at a lot of amazing places but this one tops the list and we look forward to coming back!

We stayed at Santre for three nights at the end of July and thought it was incredible. - Activities everyday. Though very limited offering (almost nothing) on Sunday. We did yoga and a hike. - Amazing food, including 5 course dinner menu that changes everyday (including the vegan menu). Complimentary ice cream by the pool in the afternoon. I’d stay here just for the food! - Very nice and accommodating staff (can’t understand other reviews that said the staff weren’t good) - Views were incredible!! From your room, to breakfast and dinner and by the pool / sauna ⛰️🏔️⛰️ - During the day, it was a relief to be able to relax in the room with the aircon if you didn’t want to be outside chilling by the pool. - Inclusive Visit South Tyrol card with your stay (free access to the cable cars, museums etc) - (Paid) Massage was nice - Onsite, underground parking.

Leaving. (One small thing, you need to request an iron and ironing board to be brought to your room, in case you arrive just before dinner and need to iron your clothes.)

Our suite was just perfect! Beautiful views, clean hot tub and sauna we could set to our preferred temperature too. The staff were all pleasant and the hotels own shuttle to Plose and back was a lovely little bonus. Lovely pool and views.

Limited options at meal times for fussy eater husband with intolerances. He was also very disappointed that they didn’t reply to his email in advance of our stay about available ‘extras’ as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and he wanted to make the stay extra special.

- We did not like that we were seated at the same table for every meal over the 3 days we stayed. We were seated in the back corner and had multiple different waiters throughout the meal. 2 nights we were forgotten about and an hour later had to ask where our next course was. We also ordered water which never arrived to the table but we were charged for. - Sauna's only open at 11am each day.

Best decision to book here - it was a splurge to book here but as soon as we arrived we wished we booked a longer stay. We felt so relaxed and pampered for every moment of our stay, the team at Santre attended to our every comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean and new, with a comfy sun bed and balcony to relax on. The views of the mountains and rolling hills were stunning - the hotel is built against the cliff side so every room has amazing views. The pool and spa facilities are absolutely spectacular and available to use at our leisure. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious - we were stuffed and loved the selection and combination of ala carte and buffet style. We joined in on some of the organised activities such as a trail run, hike, massage and aufgass and enjoyed ourselves immensely. There is so much on offer and to keep you relaxed and entertained through the day. It’s actually such great value for money for the level of luxury and inclusions you experience.
