Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed at! My wife and I were originally planning to spend two nights there, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay longer. The staff was so kind (we had Alex as our server for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and he was fantastic), the views incredible, and the spa experience was so relaxing. The dinner was also amazing. We didn’t really know what to expect but it was by far our favorite dinner of our two week trip in Italy. We will be recommending My Arbor to all of our family and friends :)

From the moment we arrived, there was a sense of elegance in the air that set the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. Every detail, from the luxurious décor to the impeccable service, exuded sophistication and grace, making us feel pampered at every turn. The spa was absolutely incredible—a haven of relaxation. The Aufguss sessions, guided by the talented Alex and Manuel, were performed with such harmony and care. Their expertise and warm personalities made the entire experience not just relaxing, but unforgettable. The pool was another highlight. It was amazing—pristine, comfortable, and complete with a relaxing idromassaggio. And the cold pool after an Aufguss? A refreshing, invigorating experience that felt like the perfect finish to an already extraordinary session. Our room? Simply stunning. It was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, and exuded comfort. The breathtaking views were the cherry on top, adding to the overall atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. Overall, the entire experience was incredible. The staff were not only friendly but genuinely welcoming. I’m not a fan of snobby or pretentious environments, and I was so pleased to find that this hotel exuded class without any of that. Every single person we encountered was polite and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The location, along with all the smallest details, came together to create an experience that was truly perfect.

Stunning hotel. We were greated with friendly and helpful staff. Delicious welcome drink in bar whilst staff help park car and put luggage in room to make a very smooth and relaxing check in. Spa facilities incredible. Can also use spa on day of check out til 8pm which was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly sommelier with great recommendations for natural and local wine. Excellent quality food. Room size very big with beautiful mountain views.

Tasting menu format at dinner was slightly confusing to understand. However the staff were very helpful to explain and help us.

Absolutely stunning hotel, we really did not want to leave and we’ll be back for sure. Food was amazing both at dinner and for breakfast with great variety and truly remarkable dishes. Staff is very attentive and always smiling. The hotel oozes class, charm, quality and thoughtful design choices. The spa area is fantastic, we spent most of our time there. There is a steam bath, three saunas, one cold outdoor pool and a warm outdoor pool plus many relax rooms with very comfy beds. As usual in Alto Adige/South Tyrol the spa is nudist. Our room (128) was a large suite with garden and sunbeds. Top quality and we liked the separation between the shower room and the toilet room (with bidet of course).

Really difficult to improve from here honestly…

The incredible hotel!!! All the things in this hotel better than you may expect. One of the best hotel I've ever been. 1) SPA - WOW! Spacious, nice and very comfortable. 2) Restaurant - good choice of food, every dinner you can taste a lot of variation of high level dishes. They do the small portions of food, but you can try more or ask a bigger portion. 3) Bar - very good and big collection of beer, wine, whiskey for the fair price. 4) Room is the best ever. Ideal! Spacious with two beds. On of the bed is on the glass corner with fantastic view of the mountains. To read book, to relax with the partner or just look at the mountains.

The food was very good and all the staff friendly and attentive from check in to check out. The gym is well equipped and the pools nice and relaxing

What let the whole experience down was the lack of any sort of air conditioning. It was only 23 at night but the rooms all being south facing heated up during the day. We rang down and they said to open the doors for a while. We didn’t sleep much for the two nights we were there. The same was in the small back dining area where we ate both nights and also the gym area Such a shame

Beautiful enchanting view and location! Staff overall was amazing, especially in the restaurant! Do take all your meals there as the food is amazingly good, fresh and local. Room and balcony was great as well!

No air conditioning! In the hot summer months, I definitely wanted A/C in my room. I guess if you come at another time of year it’s not a problem. Also, 2 twin beds does not equal a queen bed! Would have definitely wanted a real queen mattress and no crack in the middle.

Wow!! No words can describe our experience at My Arbor. Our stay lasted only 24 hours but we truly enjoyed every second of it!! Truly the best get away for a couple. The beautiful esthetics in every small detail, super welcoming stuff, great program of activities for the whole day (from special sauna infusions to guided meditative walks in the forest), amazing and super rich breakfast full of local products. Everything is just so well thought through. So much private spaces in public area of the hotel where you can just completely disconnect from all the worries. And of course the VIEW! Just WOW. A beautiful retreat from all the rush of everyday life. Special thanks goes to Manuel, for making us experience the nature inside and around the hotel in a full.

Our stay was too short. It felt like you need 2-3 days at least to explore all the offers of the hotel.

Excellent service all round, especially Clemens and Pamela! Beautiful location and a great variety of activities such as Pilates, Guided Hikes, E-Bike etc. Michelin star quality food! - very few complaints, would definitely recommend :)

Unfortunately we were told at the beginning that we had booked half-board but then at check-out was told that we had to pay extra for dinner. Also, a much larger no nude sauna would have been great as there is no coal area for the heat to be adjusted and few people can use it at one time. Aside from this, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming again!

Loved the range of activities on offer each day. Spa area was beautiful, as well as the surrounding area. Rooms were unique, offering great views! Loved the wine selection in the bar/ restaurant too!

The sauna area downstairs. It’s lovely but it should be optional as to whether you want to be naked or not! Especially in this day and age, I just feel like rules shouldn’t be imposed in terms of someone having to be naked. It’s very outdated. It should be up to an individual as to whether they want to be exposed in a public space. The food in the restaurant was very very average considering it’s a 5* hotel. The buffet area is OK, nice breads etc but the food from the menus lacks flavour, and is overall just a bit odd! VERY bizarre that there’s no air conditioning. When we visited it was in excess of 30 degrees, and the room was practically an oven. Creates very uncomfortable sleeping conditions, and also, I don’t think this is ideal when training in the gym either.
