The food, facilities, room and staff of the hotel. I had high expectations of the hotel and it met my expectations. Other than the physical aspect of the facilities, the service standard was impeccable! From the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone did their job so professionally. We were welcomed to breakfast and dinner everyday. The dinner served every evening was curated with great effort. We stayed for 4 nights and I only wished we were there longer. The pool and spa facilities were also great especially if it happens to be a rainy day, we can just stay in and enjoy the facilities.

Nothing much really. Okie maybe something to note. As of most hotels in the mountain areas there is no air-conditioning so we had to open the window to let cool air in even then it could get quite warm. And since the window was open noise could come in and the tower clock would wake us up. Althou we still manage to get back to slp.

When I initially read the reviews and there were multiple comments about the quality of the food, I was impressed but reading and then actually experiencing the diversity and quality of the food, it far exceeded my expectations. We are big foodies, and this was our heaven! On top of that, the wait staff are superb, so professional but yet fun and engaging, we particularly liked Alex the sommelier/waiter that we had the majority of the time. He knew just how to interact with us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. But to emphasize the quality of the staff; everyone was amazing with their friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness. The attention to detail demonstrated throughout the resort gave the sense that this is a passion for the owners, which is so wonderful to experience. This was our 30th wedding anniversary trip, and it was an incredible time, one which we will remember fondly. Thank you again to the whole team!

absolutely everything was perfect.

This is a superb family run hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a big balcony and seating area. Breakfast excellent with eggs and omelettes to order. Super sauna area and nice spa. Half board dinners were excellent too. And the owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. Transfers from Brixen are included if you book and they helpfully organised laundry too when we needed it. A great hotel all round.

Absence of air conditioning brought too many flies to the room.

Great stay. We arrived 3 hours early and it wasn’t a problem, room was ready. Great that you get a pass to use the new ski lift every day that you are there. Great spa area and staff all amazing. Idea base to explore the area. Food was great although next time we stay, we will only go bed and breakfast as we like to explore the area and find little restaurants or eat at different times. This is not a criticism of the hotel in any way, just our own preference. Highly recommended.

Comfortable room, Brixen Card gave excellent access to the South Tyrol region, our hosts collected us from the train station and also dropped us back at the end of the stay. The food was amazing, we were spoilt and were lucky enough to be there for a public holiday feast on 15th August

The property is modern, simple, and chic. Everything was beautiful and all the staff were friendly gracious and helpful. The food was top notch, and the location is spectacular, a stone’s throw from Bressanone proper and with the Plose and miles of breathtaking hiking trails on your doorstep. I was there for 5 nights but could have easily spent another week and still found more adventures to have. Also the hotel is very quiet, excellent soundproofing, which I find is rare these days! I highly recommend and hope to someday go back.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel was freshly renovated and the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff was extremely friendly. The spa was our personal highlight. The spa consisted of three Saunas and two separate relax rooms with very comfortable loungers. The spa also offered a variation of fresh fruits and infused water, as well as tea. We can also highly recommend the dinner there. You also get a brixen card, which lets you use the cable car once a day for free.

There was not really anything to complain about, just be aware that the hotel is not directly in brixen, but in a small town above brixen, which is approximately a 10min drive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, but the dinner was amazing. With the so called Brixen card we had many discounts or even free entrance. On a rainy day, we used the spa area that is of a very good quality. The only one thing that we didn't like is the bathroom in the room (no door), but everything else was just perfect. We prolonged our stay as three days were far too short to enjoy this place.

the AC wasn’t working for us and we were in the middle of summer so it was terribly hot which is why we didn’t have a good nights sleep. tried to contact the front desk but they already left for the day

Dinners were excellent. Definitely the best part of our stay. Initially I was worried that there was no Air Conditioner, but nights were cool and confortable. Beds were really confortable. Will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone.

Pool had too much chlorine in it and the building where the pool is, smelled of chlorine a lot. But honestly this is nothing compared to all the great things the hotel has to offer.
