This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The location is stunning, with all rooms, the spa and the restaurants having a perfect view over Zermatt and of the iconic Matterhorn mountain. The room decor was amazing and the room had so many lovely touches such as coffee machines, fridges, Marshall speaker system which added a special touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful for all queries. We loved relaxing at the spa with the amazing infinity hot tub with Matterhorn views. We were not skiing but we loved how the piste literally ends at the hotel. This trip has made us want to come back again and again

Absolutely everything at this property has made our stay magical. Starting from the friendly welcome from the lovely staff, the surprise room upgrade to Matterhorn view room and the resort facilities. Not to mention the amazing breakfast and fantastic staff!! We can tell a lot of love and attention to details have been invested into this property. The room is equipped with great quality amenities, bathrobe, slippers and little things like a backpack and tote bag for us to borrow during our stay. The hot spa area is with the view of the majestic Matterhorn is an absolutely highlight. The free drinks, tea, fruit and nuts at the spa area is a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Spa is amazing! One of the best I've been to. Cold natural swimming pond and the outdoor hot bath was super hot, which you wnat as you transition from cold. Coffee was also exceptional

Room was small and bed more like a camp bed style, we did pay for the basic room, but for a 4* I would still expect a more premium bed. The restaurants were all closed except for one, it was early season, but it would have been nice to have prior warning so we could decide whether the investment would be worth it

Our stay at Cervo was just really really good. The facilities are superb with nice views over Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Cervo blends nicely into the surroundings with many smaller buildings, playful decoration and lots to explore in/around the hotel. There's many small details and decoration. The staff was super friendly, attentive but never intrusive. Cervo offers one of the best breakfasts we've had in a hotel. They have a very rich buffet but on top they offer dishes you don't usually get like Shakshuka and Momos.

This hotel is clearly one of the best, it’s new & modern with all the facilities you could think off, one of the nicest outdoor heated pools, they have amazing restaurants to choose from, & their breakfast was excellent as well. They’ve also got new electric bikes which are free to use during your stay ! The staff are very polite and helpful, they’ve got their own free porter service waiting for you at the train station upon arrival, and they also drop you back in their electric vehicles back to the train station during departure. I’d highly recommend this to hotel if you’re staying in zermatt.

Nothing to complain about .

Everything. Staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too hard. The food is amazing, facilities out of this world and the whole place is so relaxing. Views brilliant, end of ski run with apres drinks. Views of Matterhorn. And you can do yoga, mediation, treatments, massages. This is my second time here. Once in summer. Now in winter. Will definitely go back

-Fabulous breakfast -Very nice SPA and classes -Cool design, nice touches such as backpacks and totes in the room -Doesn't feel too big because the rooms are distributed across multiple small buildings -Free pick up service from the station

-Our requests made via booking.com were entirely ignored -The bed was uncomfortable and the overhead bunk beds made it feel really claustrophobic (we booked Nomad M and got Nomad L for some reason) -The room was very dark and a bit humid, it was also on the ground floor and on the edge of the building next to some bushes so we felt unsafe to leave the balcony door open at night or during the day when we were out; overall it was not very pleasant -The staff suggested we try their mountain bikes and only once we were ready to rent them they proceeded to tell us they can't be used to go uphill, only down to the town and still not on the main street there

Nomad was the best decision my wife and I made for our honeymoon across Switzerland! We’ve had such a great and refreshing time there. Amazing view from the room, convenient transfer from the train station, great hospitality from the team… We had some delays getting into Zermatt due to the flash flood, but the team was very helpful in giving updates and support via WhatsApp to make sure we could make it there safely and timely. 10/10 would return

So beautifully designed. The branding was amazing. The spa was so relaxing and perfect for some rainy days at the end of our trip. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn (when it wasn’t cloudy)! Great breakfast buffet with a la carte menu as well.

Literally the only thing I can think of is that the shower had no shelf for soap, razors, etc. Everything else was impeccable!

The palace or luxury hotel experience in a ski holiday configuration... Even if we are all geared-up, wet and sweaty. Something you would expect from a city or capital experience.

The ski resort was only partially open the first weekend of December, although marketed as a grand opening weekend. Ski slope down to Cervo was closed, as were many other connections throughout the resort. Ski start/finish convenience was one of the main reasons to book at cervo.
