The pool is big and there many sunbeds around and also on the private beach. There is a direct access to the lake for swimming or boating. The room was very spacious and modern with a large balcony

The restaurant staff was really not helpful, they barely welcomed us at night for drinks or for the morning breakfast. We never got what we ordered. They were more focused on dealing with other customers than us. Same with the pool guy who never gave us towels but was really nice with ladies. And during the day, while relaxing by the lake, the bar guy never asked us what we wanted to drink whereas he was asking all the other customers. We felt unwelcomed as a gay couple.

Food and drinks were way overpriced and staff in the restaurant barely acknowledged you. Only one umbrella at the beach which was occupied if you didn’t show up at 7am

This is an odd feedback, as it is in regards to the price offered. I initially tried to book directly with the property. However the price quoted for a Lake View Apartment was rather high. I then checked on Booking.com and the price quoted on Booking.com was almost 50% of that quoted directly. As this hotel has a very odd approach to their pricing structure, I would highly recommend booking via Booking.com, as the savings acheived covers the cost of dinner for 2 at the hotel on arrival.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! We had a room facing the lake and it was amazing. Huge room with a sitting area, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom with big closets. We also had a private balcony overlooking the lake.

the setting is exceptionally beautiful, very clean, food was fantastic and the service was brilliant. the concierges would do anything to help at the drop of a hat including recommending and booking some amazing local restaurants (they got us in to a local Michelin starred place at short notice for example) and arranged some super fun activities such as speedboat hire on the lake.

This is an exceptionally lovely hotel. The facilities, the restaurant, the rooms and the views are outstanding. BUT it was the staff who made it. I have rarely stayed somewhere recently where the staff were so warm, so helpful, so utterly professional without being intrusive - a class act. Exceptionally elegant and a soothing cocoon of haven to stay. And the food was delicious too!

The design and decor of the apartments together with the beauty of the location.

The choice and execution of the meals in the bistro could be improved. I would have enjoyed a more Summer- focused selection of salads.
